Raymond was very helpful and went above and beyond to look for an item in the back room that wasn’t on the floor. Most CVS workers will not make the effort to look, Raymond took his time and found my item. This man has outstanding customer service skills.

A young lady offered me assistance, without asking her for help. A man happily gave me a price for a product with much courtesy a man at the self service register helped with a smile and the security guard wished me a good day.What more could you ask for. Staff are always pleasant when I visit the store. I always enjoy visiting this store and exploring the different products and gift ideas.

I stopped by for masks and tissue paper on my way to the Covid 19 test. Then I ended up buying all the items for colonoscopy prep, including popsicles. Servuce was outstanding.

THE WEHO CVS PHARMACY IS REMARKABLE because JILL IS PHENONMENAL.
She is the perfect blend of professionalism, medical knowledge and empathy. JILL is better than most doctors.
Her entire team operates with a joyous harmony because she empowers them rather than barks orders.
She has incredible leadership, communication and customer service skills.
I live across from another CVS and spend money on UBER/LYFTS because I can always count on her to provide impeccable service and personal advice to improve my medical condition and outlook. There are so many old crabby customers, and she manages to always calm them down. She is patient and respectful to all. Her NYC approachable charm is endearing and calming.

Jill is an exceptional human being, which makes her the GREATEST CVS AMBASSADOR. In a time when there is sooooooo much negativity, seeing Jill’s authentic kindness and care for others gives me a little hope for us as a community.
Whoever the manager is needs to give her a raise and acknowledge what an incredible asset she is. Jill should give the front store pointers on how to work better as a team to improve the customer experience.
I go to Jill for my pharmaceutical needs and Beverly to shop. The front store is disparate and not engaging at all. I hate shopping there.
Jill is amazing and I don’t know her from Adam but she takes time to make everyone feel safe, seen and heard. I hate writing but I wanted to express my gratitude.

I came in today for a booster/flu shot! Bernard, Jocelyn and the girl who gave me the shot was SO SWEET! Whoever is giving shots at 2pm on 12/21/22; you are an icon thank you!

On my way out, I purchased some items and Bernard and Jocelyn were so helpful. Bernard helped me get all my big items into a bag at the self checkout area and he was all around a gem. Special shout out to BERNARD!! What a helpful icon that went above and beyond! Had to leave a review today because of him!

Also: My partner and I come in this cvs a lot and there’s another sweet woman who always helps us out that we don’t know the name of, but I’ll update this as soon as I find out.

Overall, this is my favorite cvs. My grandma lived in this neighborhood literally since the 80s, she used to come to this CVS often and honestly would give everyone the hardest time lol! She would make everyone bend over backwards helping her get stuff, put stuff back, complaining. Her heart is sweet but she can def be a tough lady—but no matter her vibe, everyone at this CVS was so patient with her and always took so much time to help her out, both at the pharmacy and retail area.

So in conclusion, this CVS has literally held us down as a multigenerational family!!!

Shoutout to the pharmacy, retail ppl, today’s shot lady, the one woman I forgot the name of, Jocelyn, and especially-BERNARD!!!!!!

Great experience for me at the pharmacy! The younger gentleman with great hair working the Consultation station today (11/21/19) was super polite, attentive, and fast! I was in and out in 15 minutes, and I was a walk-in! He recognized my name from when I was on hold earlier and the call got dropped. I wish all pharmacists could be like this, very customer-service friendly. I didn’t catch his name but I hope he gets the recognition he deserves.

Down at UCLA today but we're not informed about needing a COVID test.....so we were given a list of where we could be tested.....BUT..... apparently rapid testing was not part of the plan and we are only here for one day. So now our family has already gone into surgery and we can't do anything until places start opening up. CVS was down the street so we be line straight there to find out that the results would not be back....today. We would like to take this time to give a HUGE KUDOS to ERIN for going Above & Beyond for two people who needed short & quick results to allow us to make it back to our family before surgery was complete. Thank You Erin !!!!

Will at the pharmacy was extremely professional and has a great memory. I sat there for an hour because of an error my doctor had made with my prescription and he constantly checked up on me while maintaining a very professional attitude. He tried to reach my doctor in order to fill my prescription. He was persistent and very caring about helping me out, I also noticed that he continued to treat every customer with the same helpful attitude. I would always come to this pharmacy if it weren't so far from home.

The Supervisor Douglas was very polite, helpful and patient, he has made my cvs experience pleasant and I will return.

This is the BEST CVS of all time. I have been going there for years and the people are always no nice and KIND. I have had to go to many pharmacies of late (sadly) and this one is the BEST OF ALL OF THEM - and you can also shop at Target if you need to wait. Kudos to the long time staff there.

The Staff is very knowledgeable and work as a professional TEAM. The Staff is very professional and when approached in a decent manner, will multi task and tell you where or SHOW you exactly where the item you are looking for is located in the store. People complain about the elevator. THERE IS A NUMBER TO CALL, it’s been that way for over 30yrs. It’s energy efficient and works just fine unless you’re one of the persons kicking it, to avoid catching covid-19. The store is always stocked! Clean and very well managed. For those of you who do NOT want the receipts, get a “STORE/SHOPPING”email to forward them to! Durrr... It’s 2020!!! Get with the email program and save a tree! How have people survived and still able to type a bad review for their lack of educating themselves, jeez! The store and pharmacy are one of the best CVS brand representatives in the area. Be kind. Be Nice. Appreciate everyone for the jobs you help create and sustain! Without them we’d have nowhere to complain about systems and equipment that is NOT the hard working EMPLOYEES fault or in their control. CVS West Hollywood employees; Blanche, Illana, Casey, Edward, Pasqual and the staff have been essentials in my life the past 17yrs! They are always willing to help if asked and are very hard working.

Great customer service. Nydia (or Nidia) was very helpful and patient. I mostly avoid all businesses in WeHo because hedonistic, self-important transplants in this town drive me to homicidal ideation. But even in this store, the customers aren't the type that make this great city so God-awful. I like this store.

If you are looking for a minute clinic this is a very good one. The nurse practitioner Aaron is so accommodating and easy going. He has a warm and gracious manner that put me at ease. Which means the world of difference when I was in so much pain with an ear infection and throat virus that was going around. Comfort and caring helps heal too!

I recommend holding your place in line online. when I arrived I signed in and I didn't wait a minute!
