I recently purchased a 2020 Porsche Macan, and the experience well exceeded my expectations. The car was in excellent condition, well-maintained, and exactly as advertised! Zaad was friendly knowledgeable, transparent, and Harry went above and beyond to make the process seamless. I truly appreciated the thorough inspection and history report provided, and the excellent pricing which gave me confidence in my purchase. Jackson & Mr. Moe created such a family friendly environment my son didn’t want to leave lol. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my new vehicle and the professional service I received. Highly recommended!!!!

Despite did not purchase from this dealership. I would like to share my experience working with them.

Overall I found them pretty honest and transparent about car conditions and pricing, being patient to customers. They showed me a lots of documents about cars conditions/owners/accidents and even shared how much they bid them for to making sure I am getting a good deal. I even chatted about the enthusiasm about skiing and fishing with a young sales around my age. I know there’re a lot of hates towards to this dealership but I just want to share my personal experience here. :) happy car hunting

We were very pleased with the service, and integrity of all the employees at major motor cars. My wife and I purchased a van for our daughter and we thought it was very clean amd at a good price. There was no major surprises during the finance proceedings and we are able to say we are happy customers that will also be coming back again. They also have a very clean organized selection or many other nice cars.

Arash was great. I got a Model X for $4600 under blue book. There were no tricks or upselling (some places will try to charge $1k plus for auto theft / gps. They didn’t.) The whole process took less than 45 minutes and ended up using them for financing too as the APR was even better than USAA. I was very happy because I don’t have the energy or time for “negotiations”. They gave me the bottom line without any haggling and it was a great deal. Will be back to buy my next car here!

In need of a vehicle, I visited quite a few dealers and Major Motors was the only dealer to work with integrity, respect, and quality of service and product. From the beginning to end, my experience was spectacular. I am now months past my purchase, and I am still very happy with my purchase and choice to work with them.

Brayden led the great experience being the first person I interacted with leading to the sale. I could tell this business had a great culture just from Brayden's service and communication alone. He made sure I had the correct information I needed and that my needs were met while also meeting the needs of his business. The other gentlemen following Brayden (such as Harry) were also a pleasure to work with! They helped me problem solve a couple of paperwork issues and I knew that even if we couldn't find a solution successfully, they would do everything possible to find that solution. They worked by the businesses needs while simultaneously doing everything they could to help me leave with my needs met as well.

Following the sale, the team prepped the car very well and left me with the highlight of my year. Communication, service, quality, etc were all spectacular with Major Motors. I will always recommend them to other shoppers!

Found this place on car guru when I was searching BMW X6. They specialize in high end car. This is family own business.
Our first impression was when we got there was not so good. Our agent who was first added to us look like he has rough night and was not making sense so we got little skeptical at first because he was not making us comfortable with his approach.
We did ask for general manager and his name was Rob - from there our experience was excellent. Rob made us comfortable with the car we wanted and made us very comfortable with making a deal with them.
He was very knowledgeable and walked us thru the whole process.
If you looking to purchase vehicle at this dealership I highly recommend it! If you wanna have excellent experience deal with Rob only !

Found this dealership through Capital One Auto Navigator pre-approval site. I have been in search of a Tesla for quite some time & this location has a good inventory in stock. My salesperson, Terry, was super nice and approachable. He was able to show us the Model 3s they had in stock and we started the process. The GM, Rob, was also very helpful walking me through the financial process. This was the smoothest vehicle purchase experience Ive had thus far. Im so happy with my new Tesla and definitely recommend this dealership !

My brother and I have been looking for a Maserati in SoCAL over a year. In desperation, we ventured out of state to AZ and the East Coast. We finally decided upon the Quattroporte, as this is a true sedan with a Ferrari V6 Twin Turbo engine. At last, we found our dream car at MAJOR MOTOR CARS in Santa Monica, CA. A 2018 MASERATI Quattroporte Grand Lusso-Black/Black. Low mileage, no scratches, new front tires, and expert detailing.

ZAAD and the crew at MMC were super easy to deal with and arranged financing with an extended warranty. We made the trip to Santa Monica, executed the papers, and had lunch. Easy!

However, the battery failed about a week later. No worries, I was reimbursed for the replacement cost and the towing fee. MMC has exceptional sales and service.

I will buy from this firm again and I urge you to take a look at this dealers inventory and meet ZAAD since he's the best!

Major Motors had a great deal on carguru for hard to find combination of options I wanted on a mercedes I wanted to pick up for my wife. I quickly called at 7pm and spoke with Mr. Zaad, and he setup everything for the next day. My wife was able to get off work at 6pm, show up at the dealership at 7pm and drive away before they closed at 8, and they were still busy with customers, on a Wednesday. Mr. Harry financed us through wells fargo, really helped in getting the terms we wanted and I write this and my experience because I DID get a beautiful car for a GREAT price without any padded stuff people usually worry about! Very straight up high end dealership. Thank you guys at Major Motors!

I can't say enough about Terrie and the service he provided before, during, and even after the purchase of my car. Throughout the process, you could tell that he has great knowledge of cars, and particularly Teslas. Several days after my purchase, he followed up to make sure things were going well and that I was happy with the car. I am an international buyer from Taiwan. I found a beautiful Maserati Ghibli S Q4 Sedan on Major Motorcars Inc.,
On August 22, 2018, I paid US$500 as down payment for the Ghibli S Q4 Sedan. And I asked Peter Yousef to show me the VIN# label on the car. On Sep 3, Peter Yousef sent the photo of VIN# label to me. And I transferred the balance US$32000 for the car on the following day. On, September 6, Peter Yousef said that the The owners will not accept the $32,500 anymore. They put brand new brakes on the vehicle so that made the cost higher. Peter Yousef refunded my money for US$32000 on Sep 11. And On Oct 10, Peter Yousef refunded the deposit US$500 to my Paypal account.
Peter Yousef is a gentleman with patience. Wish next time I can buy more vehicles from them.

Most pleaser, old school buying experience. Without all the songs and dance. Got the car of my dreams. Got the loan from credit union at 4%. All this took place after major dealers rejected me and added enormous amount of inquiries on my credit. Thank Zadd, Harry and Peter.
