Very helpful, knowledgeable customer service. Family owned with a very wide variety of quality brand tools and accessories you can't find at the big box stores. Stiletto, stabila and occidental leather to name a few. Woman who runs the shop is very eager to help find the right tool for your trade/the job and will give her unbiased opinion if you share with her what it is you're trying to accomplish. I found this very helpful while searching for the right occidental leather set up. 100% recommend to anybody trying to veer away from big box stores and support small businesses.

The woman behind the counter that helped me get a hacksaw and extra blade was super helpful and very nice. She didn't have everything I needed but she was very quick to direct me to a store that did, which I appreciated immensely.
