Diane at the bakery saved my friends daughter's birthday. She mixed a blue and wrote happy birthday. Thank you Diane you are so sweet and kind. You deserve to be promoted.

Nice ralphs. Always clean, and the staff is helpful. This Ralph's always seems busy. It's better to get there when they open. They just remodeled the store. It looks nice but they changed the location of several items and now the store doesn't have a "shopping path". I had to go from one section to another and back again. Not the intelligent remodel I would have hoped for. I'm sure they have all this data saying that this is best. If they had just laid it out and with all their data, just grabbed a few real-world shopping lists and tried it. I'm sure that would have changed the end result.

Update:
Line of 10 people waiting for the single cashier. No one in self checkout. The store employees did open up two other registers within 5 mins.

I really like this supermarket. The staff are always kind and polite. The products are complete, neatly displayed, very clean, and the food is hygienic. There are self-service checkouts on the left and right sides, which can always meet everyone's needs for quick checkout. Sometimes I come twice a day, it’s as natural as walking to the yard, I’m really a good friend of the community

The Ralph"s in this location was very clean with large selections.
I would like to thanks to " Daniel" who provided us excellent service, which helped us shopping easier. He was able to tell us which isle to find our products..The front manager was very helpful as well. Overall I gave them 5 star. Very pleased with their service.

Most Ralph supermarkets are very very clean and also Wells stocked with the best meat and vegetables that you can obtain. The parking lots are usually safe, with ample parking for disabled individuals. Easy access in and out for disabled. Easy check out for any one of any height including a disabled person in a chair. Or on an electric vehicle that they can drive into the supermarket.
