Clerks are very friendly and happy to help, even early in the mornings when I need to ask for my change in quarters to pay the bus fare.

It’s okay. The day shift workers are awful. They blast Punjabi music loud enough to make the windows shake. Everyday, without fail. You cannot shop in peace here as the staff are playing loud music, talking loudly to each other or on the phone. The workers are rude as well. They will rush your purchase and get impatient as you pay like they are being forced to work there. They will give you an attitude when asking for literally anything. Ask for a bag? A slice of pizza? Where the milk is? They will roll their eyes and treat you like you are wasting their precious time. I only visit this specific location at night as the obnoxious day shift workers are gone by then and it’s easier to shop. And the cleanliness is in question too. Every time i visit this place, my shoes seem to stick to the floor with every step. To save yourself the headache, literally just go down the street a half mile to the one on the corner of Rosemead and Broadway. Much cleaner with friendly staff. Avoid this 7 Eleven!

My last transaction here was super sketchy. I usually get 6 taquitos from any 7-11 since it's 3/3.49. After tax it comes to 7 and some change. (Used to be 3/3.33 but fine, okay, inflation). When the clerk rung up my 6 taquitos it came out to 9 something. I was like "hold up, that's not right. The sign (in bright red) says 3/3.49". Clerk said "I don't know, the price went up I think". I wasn't going to pay $9 for 6 taquitos so I said "okay, I'll just buy 3 then". He rung up 3 taquitos and after tax it came out to $5.05. Again, I said "Isn't it 3/3.49? How is tax bringing me up to 5.05?" The clerk said "I don't know". I almost bit the bullet and purchased 3 taquitos at 5.05 but the card machine said "No tap payments". I guess it was down. But I didn't feel comfortable inserting my card using the chip so I said "you know what man, keep all the taquitos, the pricing doesn't make any sense" and left.

I've been coming to this spot for at least 3 years without issue but this whole transaction seemed very sketchy and suspicious that I have to reconsider another location.

The guy who Works the morning is weird every time I go in there to put money on my cash app. Supposedly it never works but when I go in at night it always works. Don’t know what his deal is and he’s rude. Now this is the second time I’ve come after doing Uber eats and the young Indian boy has the door lock it is 3 am

The cashier was blaring loud music and made my two kids aged 17 and 18 cry. When I tried to use my coupon the guy denied coupons being a thing and tried to scam my children. Since my children are aged 17 and 18 they did not fall for his IPhone repair scam. Please do not come here.

I personally don't like the cashiers attituted, they so rude and when you ask for something they always say there is. No more, they don't ever have hotdogs, ever, i have asked many times different hours and they always say no more hotdogs, are they lazy?

Purchased a audio jack that cost $19.98 ? The cashier just over charged me big time & didn't give me a receipt. Last time I go here. Watch out for the cashier taking your money. 1 star, more like no star.

YUCK!!!! This place is so dirty. The cashier isn't wearing a mask and letting people in without having a mask on. People are standing at the slurpee machine licking there slurpee from the lid and refilling. This place don't deserve a star at all.

Staff are standoffish and lazy. They never want to make anything fresh and will always come up with an excuse to not do it. Worst 7/11 hands down.
