My favorite local place! I just absolutely love all of the baristas that work here Matcha is sweeter than most but still really good, love their pastries and the general vibe inside

Big fan of the Commissary brand here! This spot wins my heart for its airy spaciousness, friendly and funny staff, and the killer music they play (mainly deep cuts across genres). Meanwhile, the coffee, sparkling hibiscus tea, and breakfast burritos keep me fueled and satisfied. 🤩🤩🤩

Delicious! We annihilated three pastries in minutes. Got my standard cortado. Unfortunately, most cafes carry oat milk with canola oil so I had to opt for Almond Milk, my least favorite of the alternative options, but it was good enough.

The chocolate olive oil cake was moist and delicious, the raspberry Kouign amann was good, though I missed the classic sugar shell on the bottom of this one, and the cinnamon roll had great texture. 😋

In contention for the status of premier coffee shop in Culver City, Coffee Commissary has a great vibe, open-air design and layout, great pastries, delightful and fast service, and most importantly...sensational coffee. Shots are expertly pulled on a top-of-the-line La Marzocco, with a wide array of top-shelf beans in rotation. To top it all off, plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, paired with free Wi-Fi, makes this an ideal spot to get some work done with a perfectly produced cup in hand.

Awesome staff, delicious pastries (chocolate cake, lemon poppy loaf, blueberry muffin, cookies! + Vegan options!) + tasty breakfast burritos + Of course, great coffee!! Fun seasonal flavored lattes + tried n true standbys. Great open working space too, with a cute lil outdoor patio area. I recommend the vanilla latte or irish coffee when in season! Also check out the big 🐓 art in back while you sip your joe.

Lovely spot in a convenient corner on Motor Ave. Got the Golden Milk special and a slice of banana bread. Great place to come get some work done!

Always serves consistently good lattes. I recommend getting their bakery items as well! My favorites are the 9-grain muffin and the morning bun. I also like buying their beans to make coffee at home.

Their coffee is SO good. Espresso drinks are much better than other places. Highly recommend a latte. They only have a couple of flavors in terms of syrup, so this isn’t for the Frappuccino drinkers. This is more for people who enjoy coffee/espresso and high quality beans. Solid pastries as well.

Been coming here for months, what I would recommend is the VEGAN chocolate chip cookie (huge, a lot of chocolate chunks, flavor is top). Don’t get the normal chocolate chip cookie it’s not as good!!

Coffee Commissary is a great place with a lot of seating. There's a bunch of seating indoors with power outlets and outdoors as well. No outlets outdoors as far as I could see. The music selection is pretty good too but you can here it outside as well. Wifi is kind of weak if you sit outside in the front. The drinks are on point, and staff are very friendly. The pastries and baked goods are pretty good too. Parking can suck though. There's a bunch of street parking and some metered parking. It's usually pretty full so I have to circle a few times, but it's worth going so I do it. Thanks to the staff for providing a clean and chill environment to work from!

This open coffee restaurant is great to plug in, connect online, and enjoy their coffee! There are ample power outlets located around the place, which consists of an inside area, a bar (coffee) area, and an outdoor area. WiFi is free and fast, with the password discreetly written on the bar glass. While the place is open, doors on both sides are open wide, allowing a great breeze to blow through. The staff are very, very nice, and the coffee delicious!

Pro tip - parking can be a challenge, so you may need to hunt for street parking. Be sure you check where you're parking, there are a lot of one hour locations near the place!

Commissary is a great coffee shop to have in the neighborhood. The baristas are always nice and the atmosphere in the cafe is cozy. The coffee is fantastic and the snacks are great, too. If you're ever nearby and need a cup to go or a place to sit and relax for a bit, Commissary is a great choice!

Best coffee shop in the area. The staff is super friendly and their pastries are unbelievably good. Definitely recommend the banana bread. You should probably also get some coffee, since that is fantastic as well.

Cool place and great coffee if you're an aficionado. The vibe is really cool and they play some great music.

The music is turned up a bit, so if you need to work from here and take calls it may not be the best.
