We bought a house in Berkeley during this very busy year when there was a lot happening in the area. Despite all of this, we found Corrie to be very approachable. She followed up with the other side when we asked her to, and she was also willing to fit in extra viewings for measure and other things after we agreed to the sale. She was always warm, cheerful, and friendly, which is why we would definitely recommend Corrie.

I met Corrie almost 6 years ago when I called her about a house she had on the market. It was over two million and beyond my budget at the time! She insisted she could help me even though I was not a buyer in that price point. She found us an awesome home and then the worst happened, the sellers backed out the day before closing. We were so discouraged. But Corrie was determined we could find something better. She found us new construction not on the market, set a meeting with the builder to customize our home all within our budget! She even had such great design suggestions in the meeting which landed me the closet of my dreams. Corrie is the best real estate agent! I recommend her all the time and I would definitely put up her against any other real estate agent…FACTS!!!

Renovating sounded good until we really went over all the factors, time, money, managing contractors, living in a mess, etc. that the process would entail. Corrie negotiated strongly for us to beat the competition, then again after our inspections for some items that needed to be addressed.
