Love this place! They have a great variety of different wax’s for all the different candles and wax melts. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable about the fragrances and different waxes. They also have wax dye there and explained the differences for the different waxes. I would highly recommend this place for all your candle/wax melt needs. Also their shipping rates are amazing.

Love this place! All the staff is patient and knowledgeable. They answer all your questions and suggest different products. Every time I have a pick up order it’s always ready with no issues.

What a pleasure to deal with these folks! Michael is so nice as well as professional and knowledgeable! The place is neat and clean and I will definitely be back! Any place can sell you some products and the interaction ends at the register, but with these guys I feel like I can call anytime with product questions and get good guidance and THAT is the real gem.

I’m new to the candle making community and I found this place on Google. Let me tell you this. Customer service here is next level. Mike, literally had me busting up laughing the whole time and then took the time out to explain products and scents to me with precision and patience. I went here to only buy 2, 16 oz bottles and walked out with five. Why??? Because I didn’t feel like I was being sold something, his approach was through his experience and him actually wanting me to be successful with my new business. Thankful and happy I’ve found this place. No more reading as to how a fragrance smells… You can smell them lol and I’m pleased with my purchase and the prices are affordable and of great quality. We went here to purchase candles as our favors for our wedding. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly! I can not get over how great and long lasting their scents are. (I’m guilty of keeping a few for myself). They have a wide variety of options to choose from. I highly recommend this shop!

Their customer service is outstanding. They took the time to walk me through the best products for my projects and experience level. Their explanations and knowledge regarding the materials is excellent. They did not make me feel stupid regarding the questions that I was asking.

Wow. This store has everything we needed to make our own candles with variety of wicks, scents, jars, and even waxes. The gentleman that helped us was very knowledgeable and more than happy to teach us some really great tips on our candle options among other important information. It's a nice simple setting with all the candle making essentials.
10/10 will be a regular.

We went here to pick up supplies for our candle business and the customer service was amazing. We spoke with Michael and we were so thankful we did, he made sure that we had everything we needed and answered every question we had. Every fragrance we bought smells amazing and Michael recommended their Reindeer Games scent and it smells amazing, we will definitely be back for more products.

Absolutely amazing customer service!! I was running dangerously low on wax, placed the order the previous day for shipping ground. I called just to see if my order can be processed and not only was it processed but they shipped it next day at no charge. They saved my a** with holiday orders! Epic... Wonderful customer service they really care about their customers they gave me a $13 refund without me even asking for it and the shipping is quick will definitely be ordering my wax from them again the shipping costs are cheaper than anywhere else that I found too

Hi everyone, I had just started my candle business and I had no idea which wicks I needed to use. I literally took 2 buses just to get here. The people were absolutely the nicest guys ever. We did not know which wicks to use or anything and they were willing to help us out. They had a variety of wax, fragrance, warning labels and just other supplies to start off with. Also If you go over a certain about of money, you can get a free fragrance. I will definitely be coming back for my fall fragrance. Highly 10000000000000% recommend going here. You will not regret it.
