Usually fast and have prescriptions ready. Today I called ahead and waited over an hour despite calling to make sure it would be ready when I arrived.

I was looking to make a pharmacy change I had called before my doctor phoned in medicine and they insured me that it was in stock. Then proceeded to have me wait 40 minutes before stating the medication was back ordered? Not only that the women pharmacist was extremely rude she claimed she also would not order my other medication.
