I gave to this store five stars, only because of the one sells person, by name MICHELL. She is such a beautiful person. Professional, knowledgeble, good work manners,she was always helpful and problem solver. This store is lucky to have someone like her.

I went into CVS to buy some moisturizer and was welcomed warmly to the store by Marsha. She took great care of me and was extremely helpful and professional. I had no idea what to get for my skin, but Marsha helped me to make a quick and smart choice and also hooked me up with some nice samples. Thanks again for the exemplary service Marsha!

They couldn’t have been kinder. I said I wanted to get some eggs, the noticed there was only box left and took it behind the counter while I grabbed a few more things. I’ve also had a nice experience at the pharmacy.

All the employees are very attentive when I shop here. The pharmacy is a little busy and you have to wait in line for a while, but that's life in the big city

El día Jueves 2 de junio aproximadamente 8 pm visite la tienda CVS en 1001 Westwood,L.A,CA,donde la única empleada q había en el lugar de nombre Jessica,como pudo nos atendió de manera muy atenta a todos los usuarios q habíamos en ese momento,proporcionándonos la mejor atención,sin la ayuda de nadie.Felicitaciones!!

Quick guide for this multi-story behemoth of a CVS...

The first floor has all the check out lines (they have the express checkout wooo) , beauty products and foods.

The basement has the pharmacy, greeting cards and tampons.

They don't have a restroom for customers and the nearest bathroom is at Corner Bakery next door.

Also if your items are scanned more than the advertised price then you get the item free plus $4!

All this place needs is a restroom and working coupon center machine.
