This is a great place with all kinds of stuff. The people are friendly and helpful. If you are tired of the big box stores check this place out you won't be disappointed.

Best customer service on the planet. I have never had to ask for help here. It's always offered first. Good selection, and well stocked.

I frequent Ace Hardware because it's down the street from me but also because I like the people who work there. Today I had a very special experience with the cashier who works there who was very cordial and happy. I know people have been on edge because of this covid-19 virus but lately it hasn't quite been the same there except for today and the lady made me feel so welcome for coming into their store. The people that work on the floor however are always helpful and do the lifting for me and even take the things out to put them in the truck when they're heavy. All in all Ace Hardware on Route 66 is a great place to go and I find really good sales there. Thank you Ace Hardware and many thanks to the young lady that took care of my purchases today.

I just was asked for an updated review Mission Ace Hardware on Route 66. My opinion has not changed. The people that work there have been great every time I've gone in. They've gone out of their way to assist me and always very welcoming when I walk through the door I ride my scooter through the door I should say. They help me when I need help and they're always around if you need to ask for assistance. Two of the cashiers that I always have contact with are very special ladies and they always go out of their way for me when I cannot lift something that I have on the scooter. They're very accommodating especially to disabled customers. Thank you Mission Ace Hardware on Route 66.

Love the people here and the smaller store that nearly always has exactly what I need. And the folks that work there are incredibly willing to help, albeit with an occasional ironic joke!

Needed 2 wood screws to complete a repair. Knew I could come here get assistance and check out in a friendly timely manner. When ever possible I come here instead of the huge warehouse hardware stores. Always friendly helpful & clean.

I've been going there for years and everyone is always very helpful. The store is always very clean and organized. It has a great selection of hard to find nuts and bolts and the prices are the same if not better then some larger corporately owned stores (Home Depot, Lowes) I really enjoy the personal service I get when I visit.

This location has great customer service. The employee are nice, polite and helpful. They take the time out to answer all of your questions.

I went to Mission Ace Hardware today to have some door knobs and dead bolts rekeyed. I was pleasantly surprised to find out they could do the job right then and they were cheaper than everyone else that I had called. They were friendly and fast. I would highly recommend Mission Ace Hardware.

Jiles “Giles”. Sorry not sure on the spelling of the name. But!!! He was Fantastic today! My fiancé and I came in looking for some paint. We had no idea what kind we would need (for a bathroom). He stopped what he was doing to help us! Very friendly, knowledgeable, and even went up to another guest after we were done & offered to help them! Good job ace hardware!! This is what keeps us coming back!

My family and I just moved from La Puente to Covina, I loved going to Merrits ACE there, super friendly, and helpful! So I searched for an ACE store near me and found Mission ACE, these guys are great, awesome! Just got a new customer! Simply the best!!!
