Roxbury Park

Great park in the community with tennis, and basketball courts, a baseball field and wide open space to walk. It has a playground, picnic tables and kids playground. The park caters to all age groups, it's clean and well maintained. Even metered parking is available with handicap and wheelchair accessible parking spaces. Big, clean, and quiet. The park has a big lawn, and shady trees, perfect for relaxing.

We came to this park on the recommendation of my husbands coworker. It’s awesome. There is plenty of metered parking right near the playground and it’s on tiny street/alley type of road so it’s really quiet and the playground is far from any large busy street. Most of the playground has a rubber floor but the excavators in the sand pit are my kid’s favorite. Lots of beautiful open grassy space, and decent public bathrooms.

Very nice place, clean and with different and large games, highly recommended.

Roxbury park is a great park in the community to bring your children to play at the playground. It has two kid playgrounds. One for toddlers and one for children 7 and up located in the same area. This park also has tennis courts, basketball courts, a beautiful yellow rose garden and a baseball field. The community center has vendor machine to get snacks as well. Enjoy

Wonderful park with amazing amenities including two beach volleyball courts, multiple lit tennis courts, a lawn bowling field, a baseball field, all separated from a giant kid’s playground by a huge lawn, allowing the noise from the kids to be lessened for the sports players. Great thought was put into this park, it shows!!!! New favorite place!!!

Excellent playground for kids under 10. Surrounded by grass and shady trees, perfect for relaxing while watching your children. Great picnic spot.

All the things you can do! Lawn-ball, volleyball, play cribbage, backgammon, have a picnic. We ordered Honey Kettle Chicken the day before & had it delivered from Culver City.
My favorite is people watching , playing oh, well...ok ....yelling at the coaches while watching a base ball game!! Little League! pontificating is primo but you should bring your own audience

But the best time I ever had was celebrating my first grandchild one year birthday

Nice small park with volleyball, basketball,baseball and tennis courts, play area for kids. Lots of green grass to sit and picnic. Parking meter on the block.

George Vreeland Hill

A wonderful place to come and enjoy a few hours. We came for a soccer game and enjoyed the playground as well. Bring quarters for the meters. The card readers were not operational when we were there.

I go there every weekend for a CA meeting
The staff is nice and helpful.

The park is very nice and clean. Great place to spent the day with plenty of shady trees to stay cool. Woofstock event was a lot of fun.

Nice park especially for youngest kids. Great spot for a picnic. For tables and BBQ you would need reservations. Lots of parking around with a meters.

Nice park especially if you have a toddler, there is a special toddler swing and play area.

Never had so much fun in a park

One of the best parks in the city! Its been my families go to for years! This park has been a safe haven for all of us at some point. Its always clean, active and a good environment for the kids. Tennis courts. Space to run, baseball, football. Everything, even Karate!
