I was delighted today with the all the attention and service I received today from Shannon. It was very important that was able to find and purchase a bottle of Sodium Chloride. Crucial that I found it. I asked in the pharmacy and Shannon suggested aisle 12. No luck got more help sent to the aisle. Still not found. Then she suggested another store worker and no info and then the store manager still needed help. Shannon did not give up and discovered it was not a prescription item but only kept in the pharmacy. Amazing all the time she spent to help me.

Ali was my checkout person and was wonderful! He is the Reason for the perfect Score.... He walked me to my car because My bags were very heavy. I declined his offer and then he met me at the door watching me struggle... He took my bags to the car for me!! He is very kind....a great employee for your company.

Shop CVS Beverly Hills. It is a wonderful store. Employees are plesant and efficient and --,they actually help the shopper with a question!

The pharmacist is very cool, younger guy. Helped us a lot. No issues.

WALKED IN HERE ON A SUNDAY MORNING TO GET MY EMPLOYEES SOME CUPS AND ORANGE JUICE FOR BREAKFAST. UNDERGROUND PARKING IN PARKING STRUCTURE. WALK UP THE STAIRS TO ENTER THE STORE.LADY GREETED ME AND SAID CAN I HELP YOU WITH ANYTHING I SAID YES LOOKING FOR SOME CUPS SHE SAID AISLE 1 .VERY FRIENDLY GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. ILL BE BACK STORE WAS CLEAN.

This is the best CVS I have ever been to. They have underground parking, bathrooms are always clean and they smell good too. They have a wide variety of snacks, also they have a huge cosmetic selection, you never have to wait in long lines. I LIVE THIS STORE !!!!!!

The manager there was so nice. He was very patient with me. I had to care card numbers and he deleted one and updated the other one for me. Every associate that I passed in the store asked me if I needed any help. A nice introduction to Beverly Hills

I've been going there since they opened and my experience there has always been very pleasant the employees are super nice And it's a very clean store.. And there pharmacy Had a couple of issues but they resolved pretty quickly

I love this pharmacy and staff. They are always efficient and caring. Getting vaccinated here is very easy. The app is also very very easy to use and accurate.

Emil is the GREATEST WORKER EVRR!!!!! He helped me and got coupons and saved me 20.00$ and took care of processing and bagging my order. I WANT EMIL TO WORK FOR ME FROM STORE 9767!!!!

Got to love the drive-thru for the dropping off prescriptions. No one really uses it so it does take time. Store has plenty of free parking in the garage.

CVS highly recommended the location here I. Beverly Hills located doheney and Wilshire.

Great service, just pricey. Sometimes it takes a few extra minutes to check out. It can get busy out of no where.

Service is so slow it takes half an hour to pick up medication.But this place seriously needs to train its staff.I will be switching my prescription location because this is just unacceptable.
