Peppermint Club

I did not come to this venue to eat, but rather to see a live show. They are one of my favorite bands, Rosegarden Funeral Party. If you haven't heard of them, please give them a listen.

As for the venue, the best way to characterize it would be intimate and elegant. This is the perfect place to go and see a band live with a more personal experience.

The bar is an oval in the middle, with no menu, though. So trust in your bartender unless you have a preferred drink.

For the concert goer their are several couches on stages that are only a step elevated from the floor. With significant standing space, it could easily handle 60 or fewer people. More than that, and it might get a bit crowded.

For a performer, the stage can handle about 5 bands members max unless you all stay still. Then maybe 7 or more, but I wouldn't push it.

There are substantial parking options nearby that are not overpriced compared to central LA.

To me, the venue is a 5/5. Perfect to go and see a band that means a lot to you or to create that more heartfelt experience.

One of my singer friends invited us for her performance in this little bar on Beverly Blvd. It is a pretty cool place, even though it’s very small, but it’s a fun retro vibe. The bartenders were nice. Wish they would list parking information on their website though. We did a street parking for 2 hours $4.

Small venue, good acoustics, great place to see performances.

Great acoustics and loud bass response in a small intimate club with friendly bouncer and staff. The stage has a vintage library feel which is unique and I thought was cool.

Great staff dope atmosphere parking is a little tough if you want free parking but that’s LA😂

Came here to see Samuel Larsen perfom literally the week before the Sars cov2 shutdown and it was nice. The place is set up almost old school 30’s feel in a sense with the lighting and woodwork, had an old fashioned that was good.

This is a great venue. Went to see Paul Freeman and Ruthie Collins. They put on such an amazing show. Would go see them anytime!

Nice intimate club. Saw Tiger Cub & James and the Cold Gun. It was a Loosegroove record label night. Stone Gossard from Pearl Jam was there jamming with the bands.

Really nice smaller club with live music shows & a beautiful bar. Has the feel of a private club. Standing venue, with a few tables that are bottle service only. Had a great time on more than one occasion!

The venue is nice. I found street parking right outside the club. Clean restrooms. Friendly bartender. Great sound system. Small smoking area.
My only issue is the price of the booze. I bet the bar would make more money if the drink prices were cheaper.
I’ll probably come back.

Great vibe, dark lighting but it matches the decor of the place. Music was amazing

Having seen a few acquaintances of mine perform at Peppermint Club a few times, I can say that I enjoy it more often than not. The venue definitely has a chic decor and a sultry vibe that fits well with its location between WeHo and Beverly Hills. The staff tends to be cordial and professional, and the bar seems regularly stocked. The type of musical performers that take the stage include both seasoned and up-and-coming singer-songwriters/musicians outside of mainstream music. If I'm not mistaken, the space is also used for filming music videos and other media. I would recommend Peppermint Club for a night out with friends and/or for music lovers.

Outstanding acts: Shambala opened for the Giacomo Turra band. Turra is a virtuoso.

Great New spot! Much smaller than Guys & Dolls or Henry's but new setup gives it a more exclusive feel [without the huge expense of such places]. Staff were all friendly and professional despite being a busy Saturday night. Band that came up [who the heck were they? Reminded me of Vampire Weekend] that day played good indie music!

Best live music on Thursday nights Dugout Jams!!!!

This rating is for the bouncers. I've only been once- On New Years - they were so sweet and caring (one in particular who helped me when I fell) they stayed with my friend and I until our ride got there even though we were the very last girls and our ride was extremely late. Thank you ! As for the venue, it was a fun night, open bar, generous amounts of alcohol in the drinks. The crowd was mixed with high and low quality people.. Same 'creepy guy grabbing me' problem here just like every other club but it was a good night overall. I asked this guy how he decided on this place for New Years and he said because it was the best deal. And that's the vibe I got from most people.

Convinced 7 friends to come out on Saturday to see Capyac. It was all our first time at TPC. We couldn’t have had a better time! Bouncers the front were really nice, getting in was easy, hostess was great, space was small but it was perfectly sized, bar is right in the middle so it’s easy to grab a drink. Vibe was great. If you’re a fan of other hwood group venues like The Nice Guy and Delilah then you’ll love this place. Will definitely come back here.
