Great selection but the staff was not friendly which was very sad.I would go back for the variety of choices of products though.

The Beverly hills Ross store. This Ross store carry the same merchandise at the same prices as all the other Ross stores. I did not find a price increase due to the location.

Good stuff for cheap prices

I gave it 5 due to how the workers deal with bad customers and also the how they have it nicely clean in the morning and then by mid afternoon the floor is a mess and I see that the customers leave the the clothes on the floor and dont bother picking up. The lines are sometimes big but I understand that some are in lunch or they might have called off? If I feel in a hurry I leave or I should have came in early to buy my items. Sometimes they dont open the store at 8:00 because I hear them talking about the truck is arriving and they need the manager to be there. Overall, I think it's a 5 great experience at this ross when you treat them with respect they will be sure to help you !!!!!

I like this Ross cuz I can usually always find what I like. Went to get king-size pillows and after looking at Target for cheap ones, found they had absolutely none. Ross had a great selection of reasonably priced king-size pillows, and I picked up for new ones for a very good price. Always like coming here, and always go home with more than I planned.

They manage well the Social Distances but please chk your receipts before you leave the store, bc I was charged twice on the very same item. After I came home, I called and told that I have to go back to the store for them to make the adjustment. Oh well..Things happen.

I'm not the nicest person, the store manager, Juan , & the associate Merriam were super nice, patient and went the extra mile!!! Thank you!

I live down the street from Ross in Sherman Oaks. After reading the reviews for THIS Ross, I WILL make the drive over the hill! See you this weekend!

Great Merchandise for more than half the price of Macy's across the street at The Beverly Center plus Great Employee's like Chico and others who are very helpful.

Good prices and selection. Just have to be a diligent shopper. Staff is very professional and helpful.

Best Ross I've been to in 3 states!

One of my favorites and I like that they open late. If I'm not mistaken, they close at 1 a.m.

Ross is one of the best store to shop for your entire family, and carries good quality stuff brand name etc.

A big variety of long flowing dresses I racked up the clothes and pricing are great.
