Nick at the Chanel counter made my shopping experience so special and memorable. His dedication to customer service goes above and beyond, and I’ve never left a store feeling so good about my purchase and the overall experience. He was perfectly helpful without rushing me, gave me space to explore, and ultimately delivered the most beautifully wrapped gift. I was so impressed. I’ve shopped at Chanel locations in other department stores and stand alone stores, and haven’t seen this level of knowledge, kindness, and professionalism. Thank you Nick!

She is so friendly and kind with all the energy she puts out there in a very busy day is amazing, my aunt and I were so satisfied with her customer service and she was very helpful with everything we. On our visit to Los Angeles, where there is so much more to do, we wanted to go to the mall. Go figure! We went to the Beverly Center Mall and I'm so glad we did. This Macy's was amazing. I found my grandson an outfit, a dress for me, and my bestie bought a purse at a steal. Macy's for the win!

I love Macy’s but I could honestly get lost in there the store is so big! Thankfully, the staff there is great and do a really good job of pointing you in the right direction, regardless of what you’re looking for. I had a coupon there and wanted to get a new blender as ours had gotten quite outdated (and LOUD), and I found the perfect one here!

Large selection of up to date men’s fashion. Newest colognes on display most available to test, staff extremely friendly and quick to help. Macy's men store entrance is on the corner below the Bloomingdale's sign. I don't believe it's connected to the inside of the mall at all , that may be what some of the construction is

Macy's is an amazing store. You will find fantastic deals, great prices, and more varied American and international brands. You from home items, men's, women's, children's fashion, makeup, perfumes and etc ... The attendants are super kind.

I went Beverly Macy's and I met Michelle Fragrance department she gave a nice customer service she so kind and sweet I never had a good customer service any Macy’s 10/10.

planned departure was first announced in September 2019,at the time when fellow Co-founder and COO Barry Beck left the company.Macy's has begun the search for a new CEO who,once appointed,will report toTony Spring,Chairman and CEO of Bloomingdale's.The company has not yet announced which stores will close,though 13 new ones opened.

First time visit, and wasn't disappointed! Toast has a great variety of choices on their menu, with breakfast items the whole family enjoyed. We sat on the patio and they have seating inside as well. The wait staff were all friendly and attentive. Definitely a do over!!

The men's department is huge at this location! They also have a gigantic clearance section, with great deals. Make sure you have a Macy's card to get additional savings. No longer have to remember the coupons, its part of your account, when you check out.The employees are super friendly. Actually they are the most friendly employees in the entire Beverly center. Kudos!

They have very good deals on branded items. Shopping is great all items are placed neatly but they need more staff to assist shoppers. I requested for a perfume from one staff and told me he will come back to assist me because he was attending to one client but never came back to see me after standing walking around the counter for 25 minutes.
