Infrared Body Wrap is my little sanctuary! I’d go there every day if I could. It’s the best way to detox. Jamie is amazing. She’s always so welcoming and makes you feel so comfortable. She checks on you during the hour and brings you water. It’s the bes! For an hour I get to relax, watch a show (sometimes I fall asleep!), and detox. I leave there soaked! Give this place a try, you won’t regret it!!

My sister and I drive from Orange to come to San Dimas for this awesome experience! The staff is so nice and helpful, she always is there for us. We definitely sweat, but that’s the purpose, I have had great relief from back pain immediately after! I wish I could do it every day! Sweat out the toxins, worth every penny!

I love it here! The owner is so sweet and caring. The rooms and bathroom are very clean and sanitized. The body wraps actually work and I felt so much better. I bought a package deal after my wrap because I'm definitely returning, and will continue to be a client here.

Great experience with Infrared Body Wraps. The treatment was more than what I expected. Not only did I feel great and refreshed but I kept that feeling for the next couple of days after the treatment. If you have any aches and pains it will definitely help. Also your skin feels amazing after. The service was excellent. Jamie makes you believe that customer service still exists. Can’t wait to get back in for my next body wrap.

I love this place. I've been coming here since 2015 and due to life I took a hiatus but I'm back. I just had a session and let me tell you, I remembered why I love coming here. I had tension in my neck which made it hard to move. After the session, I felt relax and was able to move my neck. Cleanliness and customer service is impeccable. They make you feel right at home and cater to you. This is a great place to visit.

Infrared! Not enough praise I could give this fantastic sanctuary!!! I have been a client now for the last decade. I attend weekly and it’s a highlight of my week. Infrared Body Wraps is my happy place! I originally came here for help recovering from marathons or intense workouts, but now I come as MUCH as I can. You just lay down and watch TV while you sweat your butt off, and Jamie really makes you feel as comfortable as possible during the 50 minute session (she provides water and gets the sweat off of your face). I love a good detox and I’m addicted to how these wraps make me feel and make my skin glow! Try it - you will not regret it!!!

I’ve been coming here for about 5 years now. Infrared heat has been so helpful for my arthritis, muscle soreness and relaxation. Jamie is awesome and will check on you often to make sure you are comfortable while you are there. She listens to what you need and will adjust the heat accordingly. Highly recommend.

Infrared Body Wraps in San Dimas is awesome!!! So many benefits you get from the wraps... I noticed a significant amount of weight loss after just a few sessions. Plus the heat penetrates deep, so you get relief from any joint or muscle pains.

Very clean, nice atmosphere! She offers great packages for infrared body wraps. Love that she has tvs in every room so you can watch tv while you sweat, and if you ever forget your head phones, she offers some for purchase at a great price ! Very attentive also making sure I’m okay at every step ! High recommend!

After finally being diagnosed with fibromyalgia last December, I finally am seeing results of reduced pains and headaches! For years I have had difficultly finding some sort of therapy to help reduce my pain and migraines. I tried physical therapy, acupuncture, many medications, countless doctor visits, and pain therapy. Infrared Body Wraps really has helped my pains, aches, and frequent migraines to be less frequent. Jamie the owner is so sweet, personable, kind, and a real person! She tries to get to know you. That's rare these days. Another big plus is that she is an animal lover as I am! She also brings you water as you bake for less than 1 hour as you are relaxing and watching a TV show/ movie. My aesthetician also told me the sweating from the infrared has helped my skin to feel and look better! So many positives to come here! Even my friends want to come try it out!
