Bought a hat as a gift.
Realized it didn’t fit after it was opened.
Just to be clear the hat didn’t come in any packaging or anything. Just was hanging on a wrack.
They said they could not take it because it had been worn.
How was I supposed to know if it fit them or not? So we were supposed to look at the hat, know it was too small, and take it back? That is a terrible business tactic and you should be clear about no returns if your going to ask everyone to not try on your product after purchase. Very disappointed.

Apparently don’t take returns when their product is the wrong size. Definitely something they should make clear when purchasing product.
