I live in Ohio and needed a bottle of Dom pretty quickly. I called the store to make sure it was in stock and Camille was very nice. I had it overnighted with FedEx and it arrived the next day with no problems... all the way from L.A. All in all no problems with my delivery.

I was looking for a unique gift for a friend who has it all, found the cutest little bottles of his favorite tequila. Mel and Rose had the best price, shipped across the country and packaged / shipped promptly (arrived earlier than expected). Picture shows the product but it was super protected with bubble wrap all around.

Amazing service ! I needed a special bottle engraved for an anniversary and sent across the country . They executed everything SO quickly and the bottle was received in a few days in PERFECT condition . First class service!!!

I am from Kansas City, KS. I ve been searching for a liquor store that sells Vodka NEFT for quite a long time now... lots of online retailers appear somewhat shady. I finally pulled the trigger and ordered from Mel and Rose. “Test order” - two bottles, for my brother’s birthday. Package arrived in great shape and 1 day early- which worked out perfectly! Shipping wasn’t exactly cheap, but i completely understood why once i saw the size of the box and quality of the packaging materials. I sent the Viva Margarita gift baskets to several co-workers, including myself. Everyone loved their baskets. The baskets brought a lot of cheer to each recipient. The help that I received to get the perfect gift for my friend whose birthday happened to be February 14 was on point. I came to the store to see if someone could recommend a good wine. The guys at the store not just explained the best choices, they understood my budget and I got really good tips. When I was ready to order I just called their customer service and boy they were helpful. I wanted an specific set of pink colors, the customer service rep. worked with me step by step in the details that I wanted for my basket. The delivery was on time and the basket looked perfect. Florida resident here looking to send a custom wine basket to a friend in Pasadena. Discovered Mel & Rose from a google search and called the store for more information. My only requests were for a specific wine and an assortment of charcuterie. Anna did an amazing job suggesting items and having the basket assembled. I paid for it sight unseen, but was truly stunned by the end product (see attached photo). Great job Mel & Rose, and great job Anna. 10/10 would buy from this location again!

I’ll admit that I don’t go to the wine store a lot. But I did a special promotion from this location when they had a Kylie Minogue signing. I missed the in-store event, but they held my order for over a month! I appreciate that they didn’t forget about me.

Though you guys are out in Cali I'm in nyc I would like to thank all the staff especially the one young lady I kept calling and bugging with my indecisiveness. She was very patient and understanding. Dont remember her name but she had an accent. Thank you for putting up with me I was unable to find Stolichnaya blueberry vodka here in nyc despite the negative reviews I took a chance with Mel and Rose. Happy I did I checked out with FedEx ground worried it would not arrive but Thanksgiving they said send and email to upgrade shipping method. This was done in a timely manner arrived on the delivery date. Kudos to Mel and Rose customer service was professional patient understanding and courteous Will be doing business with them again. Good job guys.

We purchased glammed bottles of liquor from them. Their products are amazing looking and service is amazing as well. Look at their website for their offerings. They have all types of liquor, specialty liquors, beers, wines, gift baskets and glammed up bottles of liquor covered in glitter. Guess what all our friends are getting as gifts! We did have an issue with one bottle coming broken and a few damaged, but they immediately and happily took care of it. Over all, I would rate them a 10 on a scale of 1 - 10.

Highly recommend Mel&Rose! Quality selection of hard to find spirits at reasonable prices. So reasonable, we actually bought two bottles for the same price as other online competitors were charging for one. Shipping took 20 days to receive from the date the label was created, but each bottle was individually bubble wrapped and protected with more than enough peanuts to fill the box. Given on-going COVID-19 challenges, Mel&Rose did not disappoint and was well worth the wait. Highly recommended for affordable prices, wide variety and secure cross-country shipping.

I ordered a custom engraving on a tequila bottle and I was extremely satisfied with my order. I ordered it on 8-2-2020, and the person I shipped it to got it 8-6-2020. Not only was the shipping fast, but the quality was amazing and the engraving was perfect. I definitely would not have gone with any other store.
