My Wifey and I had a great experience. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, which were helpful. Parking in back was nice. Great location and prices are ok. Super selection of items.

Bought a book here and it was less expensive than Amazon by 3 whole dollars. The door was locked but the shop keeper opened up after I tried to open the door. I think it was locked because there are cats roaming around which is awesome.

Well at first I left a terrible review, because no one ever answered my emails until I called the store again i got there attention , they claim they were sending me emails which I never received. But any way almost gave up fine Aly. Got my sobriety pendant today so happy.

My 12 Step Store has anything and everything you could possibly want in order to symbolize your 12 Step recovery! From every type of book (12 step or general recovery) to jewellery and apparel. The staff are ridiculously funny and super helpful. Wil always be a stop when I'm in the LA area.

Love this store. I went here often when I lived in West Hollywood. There is plenty of inspirational books for all humans...the people who work here were always friendly, helpful,and extremely kind. This store can and should be enjoyed by all❣

The most complete, well stocked 12 step storefront I've been to. The fine folks who staff this small but mighty shop are the most helpful, friendly and efficient workers I've encountered in quite a while. My Wife found a stunning 25th year sparkle-pretty medallion which the shopkeeper placed in this necklace holder for us! Kudos to My 12 Step Store!

The perfect to find anything twelve step related including the best selection of medallions I've ever seen in a brick and mortar store. I mean GORGEOUS medallions, colorful and unique and reasonably priced. If I want to get a gift for a sobriety anniversary I always find something cool and interesting, it's the top place to go to in Los Angeles in my opinion for this kind of stuff. Take a drive out there, you will not be disappointed.

Great selection of books. Great staff. Chips, tokens, mugs,clothing, jewelry and more. The name of the store says it all about what they sell.

The cat is so cute! They also opened early today which let us stop by before catching our plane.
