I used to take my own traffic infractions to court myself with little success. On one occasion there was an attorney representing his client in court and he was treated differently by the judge and was able to negotiate an outcome. Since then I have never taken another infraction to court myself and I have had 100 percent success using an attorney to fight infractions. I have been using Michael for close to 7 years now (3 infractions) with 100 percent success in getting the infraction dismissed. My name is Steve and live in Puyallup WA. Last year I was charged with DUI and hit and run. I new these were very serious charges as I had a prior DUI on my record. I hired Mr. Harbeson as my attorney and have to say that was the best decision I ever made. I was looking at 454 days in jail and some hefty fines. I was very scared of this and turned to Mr. Harbeson. Even from the first meeting he knew exactly what to do and provided me with written steps on a course of action. After that first meeting I left there feeling like a weight had been somewhat lifted off my shoulder. I followed his instruction to a tee and must say Mr. Harbeson was completely correct and accurate with the process. We had may hearings and he always was there to support and defend me. I blew almost 4 times the legal limit. It was a 3.78. In WA the law for DUI is .08 so with that and the pending hit and run I felt I was going to be locked up for a long time. Not the case. As we navigated thru the court process Michael had my back every single time and responded back to me when I would get confused on what was happening. The final - Mr. Harbeson was a miracle worker. He was able to turn this to a reckless avoiding a DUI on my record and NO jail time. Just 60 days home monitoring. That was it!! He even got the court to cut down the costs to only $800 that I owed the court.
