Had a to go to the ER 3/16/24 around 8:30am. The crew was great! From the intake staff, the room nurse , and the surgon that came in, their bedside manner was impeccable, and the team was very knowlegable. Thank you for comforting me and reassuring me. If you got an emergency and you're close to them I recommend you go there.

I can't say enough kind words for the staff at St. Clare. Top notch doctors, nurses, all the way down to kind and friendly housekeeping. My husband had been admitted for cardiac issues over several days, and they took such good care of him!

Took my daughter for an acute burn on a Sunday around 8pm... Received prompt, courteous and reassuring care. Patient check in rep, RN's, MD and registration coordinator were all great.

As always, St Clair Hospital Emergency Department has made me feel like I was the most important person there receiving care. Without a doubt they are the best hospital I have ever been to. I have extensive medical history and regardless of what I’m there for, ALL my history is considered when making decisions about my health. They all deserve the Daisy Award!!!! I will continue to go to them for my medical needs as I know that I will be taken care of with a personal touch done out of care and concern! Thank you all at St Clair’s Emergency Department!!!
Very Grateful

The care I received from St Claire Hospital during and after my hip surgery was excellent. They made a procedure I had never had before feel safe and extremely well done. From Admitting, through pre-op, the surgical procedure, and post-op, I was well taken care of by all. Lauren, the nurse who took care of me after surgery until discharge, was the absolute BEST!!! She was phenomenal!!! Thank you to everyone for such wonderful care.

I was at St. Clair this week for an outpatient procedure. I'd never been there before, as I live about 30 miles south (my insurance didn't cover the procedure locally, so that's where I went). The check in process was quick and simple. I was taken right back for my appointment. The doctor came right in, explained the procedure and risks, the surgical nurse was great and got me set up quickly. I was wheeled into my procedure room w/in 50 minutes of my appointment time, and my procedure went without a hitch. I was in and out of the hospital within an hour and a half of arriving. Great doctor, anesthesiologist, nurses and staff.

ER was a bit busy, but everyone involved in my treatment that day were respectful, kind, and seemed to care about finding a solution.
I could tell it was busy. Two ambulances arrived while I was there and there were other folks in the waiting room, as well.
I had to wait for a bit, but I could tell it was just that there were many others needing help.
And, you know...not once did a single staff member seem to grumble at any patients waiting.
Being at an ER isn't really ever a fun thing. If you are there it is usually because you are feeling miserable in some way, and seeking to feel better.
The staff I encountered made things a bit better, and I am grateful.

The nurses at St. Clare's are the best. They cared for me with such thoughtful intention. Infact everyone who I encountered during my surgery and overnight stay made me feel safe and taken care of.

I had my right hip replaced on 9/11/23. I've had numerous other surgery over the years at other hospitals. St. Clare has excelled above any other. The nurses, the surgeon, anethesiologist, physical therapists, were top notch. Both my wife and I were impressed from arrival until departure. We will be returning here for any other work in the future. Awesome job, thank you! PS, I'm up and moving about already!

I had a scheduled MRI. Reception/registration person was kind & efficient with a minimal wait time. I’m just sorry I don’t recall their name to include. Gretchen is a calming person & MRI was smooth despite my past claustrophobic issues. She gets bonus points for bringing extra warm blankets & remaining patient & calm while listening to me ramble on & on about my dogs & laughing at my joke attempts. I’m an annoying anxious person & she remained kind.

The nursing staff is awesome as a team. Funny, kind, efficient and serious when needed. There are not words enough to thank them all.
Dr.V was there for me every step of way. I was really apprehensive about the amputation of my toe. All went very well and I was up walking in a d a y. A heartfelt thank you to the nurses, aids and Dr. V.

From the moment I walked up to admissions, everyone was so very polite and responsive to my needs. It was obvious I was in good hands. Hospitals makes me nervous, with the exception of St. Claire's Hospital. Thank you so much for making me feel relaxed before, during, and after my procedure! Everyone was absolutely wonderful!

For a procedure that EVERY man loathes. The colonoscopy went without a hitch. I didn't feel a thing, and had a great nap on the table. All the nurses, assistants, and doctor were professional and answered all my questions. Well done!

Big shout out to the emergency staff and GI team! I went into the ER because I had a piece of food lodged in my esophagus and had been vomiting for hours. I resisted going because of my preconception of having to wait for hours before receiving any care. Boy, was I wrong! The emergency room staff got me in very promptly and were professional and very helpful. Turns out I needed an Endoscopy. Keep in mind, this was a Sunday evening. They called their GI team, and I was being prepped before I knew it. EVERYONE I encountered was courteous, professional and made me feel confident I was being properly cared for.

I HIGHLY recommend these guys, although I hope you never need them.

If any of you from the St. Clare team get to read this, THANK YOU!
