The Home Depot

Today is pouring rain and I was in need of a umbrella. I called the store to make sure the large umbrellas I like are in stock. They have a new voice service that sent a link to my phone with all the umbrellas in stock. Once I got to the store I couldn’t find the umbrellas to save my life. I ran in to Chris while looking, he went above and beyond to help me. Chris is a shining example of the great service Home Depot on Sunset can offer.

The Home Depot is my secret weapon for tackling home improvement projects. Their well-stocked inventory features top-notch brands, ensuring I have access to the best tools and materials. The store's knowledgeable staff members are always available to offer expert advice, saving me time and money. With their fair prices and excellent customer service, The Home Depot has become my trusted ally in maintaining and enhancing my home.

This is a wonderful Home Depot location! The staff is very helpful and friendly; as I came in with a shopping cart, their employee who is stationed outside the door sanitized the cart for me, not per my request, how awesome is that? They have so much stuff here, from hospital grade sanitizer, paper towels, cleaning products, flash lights, washing machines, trees, face masks, gloves, and so much more. It’s fun to browse around and find things you thought you had to go somewhere else for.
There’s plenty of parking and self checkout options. There’s hand sanitizer at checkout and employees helping customers with anything they need.

Home Depot on sunset Blvd is massive and they’ve good selection from home appliances to plants. 👍

The people here were very nice and helpful. I was looking for something, and unfortunately for me they had just changed the location. Helpful worker was more than happy though to look around and find where they had moved it to, and help me get the item that I needed. The service and helpfulness is everything I could ask for, in the next time I need something I'll definitely go back.

One of the best HomeDepots in LA area! They pretty much have anything you can think of, their staff is knowledgeable and friendly and my favorite part- they have a huge plant nursery!

Leslie was a huge help! When an online order was not correctly ready for pick up, Leslie assisted me in getting all the right products. She was super helpful and friendly.

Monique @ customer service helped me out so much. We were in a huge rush and her chill energy + being really knowledgeable about exactly what we were looking for saved the day.

This is my local HD and if frequent it often. Store is clean, usually well organized, and most things are in stock. I do, but I wouldnt recommend this location if you are looking for specific plumbing aparts. They will either not be here, not in right place, or out of stock. Parking is in abundance upstairs. Good luck trying to find parking downstairs. Groundfloor parking lot loocks more like a flea market or bazaar than anything else. Also, if you find any great deals, make sure you purchase all the quantity you want and dont tell the employees. They will snatch up your find or have their friends or relatives do it. Then pretend that they had no idea who bought it or when, though they were the ones loaded it. Also, return lines are usually long and so is the wait time. Still, this place is indispensable and compared to other HD locations a 💎.

I found the staff really helpful. There is plenty of parking in the basement which is really helpful downtown. You will find everything for your home remodeling project there.

Michael in the counter/shelving department is a gem! He is very knowledgable and wise in his recommendations and he gives such reinsurance in making a decision for layouts, sizing and style of counter tops/ shelvings. He sees a lot of blind spots and knows how to solve them for you. Thanks Michael for your expertise!

The store usually have the items that I need. The cashier's are quick but parking can be an issue depending on the time in the morning.

parking is available but sometimes very busy. customer assitance is better compared to Home depot along wilshire blvd. sales staff are helpful. easy checkout. clean and tidy.

Shopping at this store was amazing. Walked in to the store looking for supplies never expecting to have a wonderful experience. Needing help with electrical I asked for assistance and when been help by the associate random costumer's jump in and explain everything with so much detail it made it so easy. :)

Got some plants and hanging baskets for my house and balcony garden. I think they came out very nice. I also got a hummingbird feeder. Hummingbirds are so amazing. The home depot is as excellent place to find all the little things you need to finish your "HONEY DO LIST"...

The selection of goods is endless, employees are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Prices and quality is better than other places.

I love this Home Depot so much. They have so many plants. There was an actual earthquake the other day when I was in there and there were two amazing guys there that chilled me out. Um but anyways, I went and got so many cute plants from this home depot and guess what... all still alive! I wonder if my
tomato plant is actually gonna grow. They have the huge selection outdoors and those are the outdoor plants then they have the ones inside the actual store which are indoor plants. Also they have these cute colored pots with saucers for literally like a dollar. I actually just bought the orange ones and gold spray paint and sprayed mines.

I would like say words of appreciation to Izzy , young guy working in this store. I was confused and didn’t know what product to purchase to fix wall holes in my bathroom😊 and was staying in aisle, watching YouTube videos about spackling . Then Izzy came up asking need I help. So he helped me to choose right product. Appreciate that! 👍

Always busy, but runs smooth because of the staff and associates, well stocked, good service at contractors desk, I've been coming her whenever I have a nearby project.... I always will!

Sure u come here for the tools and fixes for the house, but I really like coming here to take the family Christmas tree shopping! The selection is good and I suggest coming on a week night as the lines are ridiculously long on the weekend. Finally they have a drive up for you to place your tree on your car versus yester years when you had to battle to get your car up front to the your tree down. The staff were great and nice. Have fun finding your tree!
