They have just about everything you need and everything is fresh and that is a good thing sick with the store that has the thing you are looking for.

I LOVE THIS PLACE! I'VE BEEN COMING HERE FOR SO MANY YEARS ! THEY TREAT MY FAMILY LIKE FAMILY AND I'M SO HAPPY TO HAVE THEM ALL AROUND MY LIFE AND FAMILY! WISH THEM WELL FOREVER AND EVER!❤😘😘🙏👍

Excellent store! Fresh fruits, good prices on juices, potato chips, bread and sandwich kits. They have wide selection of bread, milk products, salsa, spicy salads, etc. Always good discounts & prices. And bright, colorful & professionally made sale papers to let buyers to choose what to buy! I buy there for over 6 years. Store is clean, employees are friendly. Public restroom is also clean. If you need it, just ask any employee to help to get there.

This store has no long lines. Buying there is easy. And I never had any problems with parking there.

One more thing: there are 2 banks (Chase & Wells Fargo) on same plaza, so if a person has not enough on credit card to pay for shopping at Ralph’s, it easy to get some money from bank. About minute from store to bank. Easy!

As soon as I realized I forgot my card , I asked if they take Apple Pay. Hector said no but we have an app you can pay with.
Luckily I had my card information and was able to put in the app.
This was very helpful as I didn’t want to go back home and come back again.

Fernando always does great on my pickup order and doesn't seem bothered when you track him down by phone. He's always Courteous when he comes out to the car. He's the true meaning of the Ralphs experience. I would like to nominate him employee of the month he's the same every month I make my pickup order.

Ever since they closed down the food 4 less on my neighborhood, this has become 1 of my go to stores, they have good prices on most of my essential items.

Since this store got s new look. Love shopping there especially the produce department. This store always looks very clean and very organized. The fruits and vegetables are always fresh. I love that the staff is always very helpful and go out of their way to make sure I find what I'm looking for. The guys in produce and always nice and German in produce is a great employee always giving me samples. It's great that Ralph's would give you a sample of their produce before I buy.

Think they have the best prices around

Great store that is well run. Most of the employees are long-term career people, who have worked there for years, so they tend to care about their job more than what you find at other places. It's a very busy location, but they tend to open up new checkout lines as needed, to keep the lines down. The self service check out machines are good too. 5-stars for overall rating.

I usually go shopping for my mother when I come to town. I' find things very easily having any trouble.

The cashiers are super helpful in a way that indicates that customer service is second-nature to the folks who work here. My cashier seemed genuinely concerned about the container of blueberries that popped open for the customer in front of me. When he was idle after processing payment, he helped the customer load bags into his cart.

Another thing I witnessed: At the top of the hour an announcer reminds employees to check and refresh their aisles.

Perfect location and great customer service. Wondeeful prices. I just wish they were still open 24 hours like they have been all of this time. Their availability around the clock was super convenient. Other than that, over all this is a fantastic grocery store.

This is probably the best Ralph’s supermarket in L.A, first of all the staff were really friendly and they would be glad to help anyone with assistance at the shelf’s and self service checkout, the place is really big and they have a wide selection of food, fruits, and houseware. The bakery inside is always fresh and the food is excellent. You can find almost everything in here from different brands and companies of food and houseware items. Would definitely come back again for groceries.

They have everything my heart desires!!!! From the staple foods, Different brands of milks, many brands of bread.... and endless Ice creams! I was told that there is a sale 11-6-20 on Haag. Das Ice Cream!!! It’s only $2.29 per quart !!! So I bought 10! I Scored today! Yes!

The place is amazing, the variety of products is great, BUT what’s the problem with using WC?!?! Why have you made so inconvenient? Make people’s lives easier, common! Also, you have more and more stuff locked up in cabinets. Not cool

I love this Ralph's the staff is always very nice specially this one employee I went this Monday 10/25/2021 and am on crutches and is difficult for me to walk on them and to shop , I ask this young man Wich his name is Brandon we're was the tapatio and he did not only tell me we're it was he went and get it for me and when he brought it back he still offer to help me more what a wonderful man if I was the boss I would promote him right away

This place is great. Good variety of everything you need for your groceries. They have a huge selection of wines and beers. They have self checkouts. Pricing is pretty reasonable and everything was well stocked.

I like this place. Very big and clean with great selection of fresh food. Great experience with friendly staff.

High end, clean and very convenient store. Includes a great flower shop, friendly staff. Plenty of parking in a nice medium size shopping center across street from the Red Line train. Anything you need you can find around Ralph's as well.
