My husband and I went in looking for a mattress today, my husband likes firm I like soft. We were instantly greeted by the nicest associate Bella, she helped us find the perfect mattress! She was super informative and helpful. Bella made sure we got what we wanted went out of her way to make us feel comfortable and appreciated. Best experience and would recommend to anyone needing a new mattress!

I had a Fabulous time there. My sales representative, Marcus was very cordial and quite kind! Mattress Firm is fortunate to have him on their team! He was quick to listen to my needs and concerns!!

John at Mattress Firm was very helpful. I was way overdue for a new mattress, but the more I researched the more muddled it became. John listened to what I wanted, answered my questions and steered me in the right direction. As I tried different mattresses he explained the differences. I wasn't pressured to buy. I am satisfied with my purchase, feeling I got the best value while staying within my budget. I would recommend Mattress Firm to anyone looking to replace their mattress! It was a good experience.

I know this maybe a long overdue post, but me and my husband came in on a Friday night before closing time. We were approached by Isabella. She was sooo helpful, kind and also an easy person to talk to. She had asked what were our needs and wants in a bed and had nailed it down to the perfect one. We have had ton's of questions and Isabella had all the answers we needed to hear. She stayed after hours to make sure we left the store completely satisfied with the purchase we were making, and we did..So thank you so much Isabella for staying late just to make sure we get the bed we want..

Buying a new mattress is a scary investment and John made the whole process a breeze and took away a whole lot of nerves. We came in with basic knowledge of what we wanted, and were shown an assortment of options that fit our needs and got to discuss all of the benefits. My most recent visit was with Ms. Bella. She is very professional and knowledgeable about the products being sold. She gave me no pressure and understanding of my needs. I left very satisfied with my service and I was not pressured to buy anything. Superb service from her.

Laura was wonderfully helpful in answering our many questions. She was very thorough in explaining all of the differences in the beds and comfort levels We absolutely appreciate her attention and her easy going approach. She was fun to work with.

I went there to buy a mattress and I was quickly greeted by John. He listened to what my problems were with my current mattress and helped me pick one that fit all my needs for a new mattress. He made me up a price quote and didn’t pressure me to buy. He gave me such good customer service I went back two weeks later and purchased the mattress from him after thinking about it. We had a few problems with the financing and he was patient through the process of getting the financing figured out. If I need another mattress I will definitely go back to him and the store.

My husband and I came in and we were helped by the manager Marcus. He was so helpful and knowledgeable. All of our questions were answered and we even ended up buying an adjustable base which we totally were not planning but Marcus gave us a demo and we loved it. I highly recommend this location and ask for Marcus, he will take care of you for sure, he knows his stuff!

Marcus was exactly the one for the job and we couldn't have asked for someone more patient or helpful than him. He asked us what we liked, what we didn't, what our sleeping habits were like, and what was most important to us in a bed.

I'm a pretty thorough guy and I ask a lot of questions. Marcus was quick to answer each one and explore every option, never losing energy. When it came time to talk financing, Marcus worked hard to find the best payment plan for us and our lifestyle. He spent a lot of time helping us, all to make sure we left the store completely happy with the purchase we were making. And we did. Fantastic location with a fantastic manager.

A great group of people work at the Lakewood Mattress Firm. They are honest and very helpful. I have worked with Isabella and the manager Marcus. Everyone has been great and I am now getting the best sleep of my life!

l treat you right. Marcus at the Lakewood store knows his stuff inside and out. He worked with me to find what I needed within my budget. Cannot recommend Mattress Firm highly enough!
