Stor-it-here is awesome the girls working were friendly and super helpful with me moving into another unit so it's more accessible for me to get in and out of easier. I definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a safe nice and easily accessible storage to keep your items in👍

Extremely helpful staff. The premises are clean and I feel safe due to the multiple security measures in place. They have rolling carts right in side the door by the elevators, which is extremely handy. I would recommend them.

I have rented space at Bonney Lake Stor-it Here for several years. The property has always been kept in a very clean and neat appearance. My interactions with any and all of the staff have always been very pleasant. They have always been very courteous and accommodating whether in person or on the phone. I would recommend them to anyone seeking storage space.

I called on a sunday and the lady was so helpful and polite. she was wonderful. we already have a unit here and just needed another one. great customer service for sure.

We arrived on a Monday afternoon, hot and tired, after driving in from California over the weekend. We went to the office to get our storage unit, and met Magda, who made the process so easy. She was efficient, trying to minimize the process, and get us going. We appreciated her calm and kind demeanor, and her willingness to help us get what we needed quickly. We ended up back the next day, deciding we needed another unit--a small one--and she handled all the details so we could get to work. We truly appreciate that kind of customer service, making us, the customer, feel valued, and glad we chose this facility.

I made a reservation and showed up 15 mins from closing and the ladies in the office (Melodie & Erin) were super helpful and made the sign up process super easy. Definitely recommend coming here.
