Mattress Today Kent- BY APPOINTMENT ONLY

This Is a very late review, but better late than never! It was actually a great experience, walked in looking for a twin size bed for my son and there were 3 different options. My son was able to lay in the beds to see which he liked best. We picked one out, paid for it, and it was delivered to us that same day! Excellent services. And the warranty is great. Definitely recommend and we will continue coming back.

I'm very happy with the service I received. Kind and professional staff. I called and was able to get an appointment on the same day, though I know at times they can be busy. I was able to find exactly what I needed within my budget and it came with a warranty! I highly recommend this store, and will refer anyone I know if the subject comes up of needing a new mattress/bed. I paid in full, but they offer a good payment plan that doesn't require good credit.

I first reached out to Bob on Offer Up. He got back to me almost immediately. I had several questions. He was patient and took the time to make sure I had all the info I needed. He gave me his personal number so it was easy to reach him up until our appointment. He got right back to me with any extra questions I had. There was no leading us on or gas lighting. He gave us straight answers and was upfront about everything. When the appointment day came, everything went exactly how he said it would. He even helped is with tips to get the best deal that we could so we could walk away with what we wanted. About 5 hours after our meet our new bed arrived!!! I have a feeling tonight is going to be the best night sleep ive had in awhile.
The payment plan is set up so good for what your budget is. There are options to not pay all the interest if you are interested in early pay off. I would definitely recommend this company, particularly Bob, to any friend or family. If you are looking for a great bed, at an awesome price, and someone who isn't pushy or trying to spin you around, it's definitely the place to go. Bob was very helpful with finding us the perfect mattress. He explained every one to us and let us know the prices of everything. He let us walk around and try out the mattresses and let us know if he had any of the mattresses we liked that were in stock. He helped us find the right one that was in budget. He even offered to deliver it to us the same day!

Great experience buying my new mattress today. Easy to find location, friendly informative staff, competitive pricing for mattress and delivery and I felt good supporting a family owned location. Short and Sweet! First off, the whole reason I came here was because they were the only store I could find that listed Full XL as an available size! On top of that, Robert was great to work with, knows his stuff. I just told him what I wanted, he pointed out the appropriate mattresses. Though I did, of course, try out others, the 1st one I tried was the one I bought! I won't give away any secrets, but I'll just say there were other sweet perks besides a bargain price on the mattress!

Bob was extremely friendly and helpful to me and my wife. We walked in with no appointment and he was still accepting of us. The mattresses are quality and fair priced. The delivery was also same day. I will be shopping here when it comes time for another mattress.

I support small local businesses and this one after looking around was the best family owned and operated store. My family drove from Gig Harbor to Lakewood just to look at mattresses instead of going to a large box store. Robert setup the appointment and was there early, he was friendly fast and courteous answering all are questions and did not try to get us to purchase something more expensive. This was the best shopping experience for the whole family.

I always drive pass this mattress place on the way home and I decided to stop in since I needed the replace mine and my boys mattresses. The prices were reasonable and the service was fast and friendly. I even had the mattresses delivered and had my mattresses in literally an hour after leaving the store. I would recommend to anyone!

This place is amazing! We set up an appointment with Patrick a few days ago for a certain time, but when we left we hit some really bad traffic. We were about half an hour late to an appointment "7 minutes" away. We called ahead to let him know we would be late and Bob told us we were fine. He let us browse around while he finished up with someone else and told us which beds were available today in the size we wanted. We tried them all and the second we laid down on the one we ended up getting, we instantly knew it was the one we needed. Of course, it was more expensive than we were hoping to spend (but when it's the best, what do you expect?) And it was 50% off, how could we refuse? So Bob worked with us and let us do financing on it (huge releief) and threw in a matress cover at a really good deal! Every interaction was courteous and kind, we did not feel rushed in the least. Will definitely be recommending this place to anyone looking for a mattress and will be back if we ever need another!

The best place to get your mattress right there and then. Very helpful and friendly. Worked with everything I needed budget wise and comfort. Fast and reliable. I am very impressed. I will be buying my future mattresses from here.
