Trilogy Orthodontics (Drs. Terrence & Garrett Fong)

I was very fortunate to have encountered an excellent orthodontist. Throughout the entire correction process, I experienced no significant discomfort, and it didn't affect my ability to eat various foods. Dr. Fong is incredibly professional, prioritizing the health of my teeth and jawbone. They don't rush the process unnecessarily and exhibit top-notch skills and attitude. Highly recommended!

Throughout my four years as a patient at Trilogy, I have never encountered a problem with either the doctors or the staff. I never experienced any problems when working with them because they were kind and always knew what they were doing. They did a great job with my braces, and every appointment was smooth and straightforward. I had a great experience with them, and I would definitely recommend Trilogy Orthodontics to anyone.

I have been with Trilogy Orthodontics since 2019 which was 4 years ago and my first time experience has been amazing. Every time I come in, I am provided with a smile especially the people there greeting me kindly. They are very organized and clean in terms of materials being used and to make sure there is minimal contact between patients. Although my braces time frame was delayed, it went by fast and now I am proud to smile with my straight and less-crowded teeth! Thank you especially to the Trilogy family who has been with me for my braces journey.

Visiting as a grown person hoping to replace my precious (decades-old) retainer, I was happily surprised to know that more efficient options are accessible to not only create but improve on a new retainer. A cool 3D smile scanner, the most efficient x ray machine, a spa-like, clean and modern interior, and robust covid precautions are just some of the neat upgrades propel this office into 2021 and beyond. Dr Fong is amazing, each staff member is very professional and friendly (awesome phone presence), and as if that were not enough, the prices are so so reasonable.

Trilogy Orthodontics is a wonderful team of friendly and genuine people. I always look forward to my orthodontics appointments because the office and staff are very welcoming. (It is also a plus that Mrs. Fong decorates the place in such a cute way, for every holiday/season). I felt very informed throughout my whole braces experience of 2 years and 8 months. Dr. Terrence Fong and Dr. Garret Fong are both extremely patient and answer all of my questions with thoroughness and honesty. I was aware of what was happening with my braces and the specifics about how the procedures worked. Furthermore, the staff at Trilogy Orthodontics cares about more than just their patients' braces experience. They are interested in the patients' accomplishments, vacations and aspirations, which they display through various contests throughout the year. My family is very satisfied with their work, as my younger brother has started his orthodontic work here and my youngest brother will do so when the time comes. I will miss my frequent appointments but I am very grateful for the wonderful work that Trilogy Orthodontics does.

While the pandemic may have slowed down operations, the staff at Trilogy Orthodontics have done a great job at maintaining a high standard of service. Their offices are always very clean and each patient is given an individual room with constant fresh air. I really liked how clean every aspect of the facility felt and appreciated the measures they took in regards to the pandemic. The staff were also always very friendly and helpful during my visits.

My daughter has just finished nine years of treatment at Dr. Fongs' office. It sounds very long, right? She has a complicated case to start with. We have consulted two other orthodontists, and they all agreed my daughter needs to begin her treatment at an early age. Both Dr. Fongs are very attentive and patient in answering all my doubts. Their assistant, Kylene, is the best! They always make sure my daughter is doing fine during the treatment. It's easy to get appointments, and we barely have to miss school. Dr. Garret Fong has done a fantastic job of finishing the treatment for my daughter. A clean, well-organized office with advanced pieces of equipment, Dr. Fong is a top-notch orthodontist!

I was a patient of Dr. Fong for four years, but it was well worth it. My teeth were completely crooked. I had cross bites and an underbite, it was a disaster. But after coming to Trilogy Ortho, I now have completely straight teeth and am super happy with the results. The Dr. Fongs were always very helpful everytime I had an appointment and guided me through each new process I was going to go through (ex. rubber bands, spacers, power chains). I took my braces off back in 2013, but I still come back to Trilogy every now and then to check up on my retainers. Even though I drop by rarely, all the staff members and the doctors still treat me as a usual, which I really enjoy and appreciate. Overall, highly recommend everyone to come here to get their braces. Oh and btw, I recommend choosing to use the new iTero scanner for impressions instead of the putty impressions, cause it's easier and saves your impressions forever. Had a good experience trying out the iTero last week. : )

I brought my daughter here back in February for her initial exam and consultation. The office experience was seamless. Clean facility with friendly and knowledgeable staff! The current COVID-19 pandemic put a hold on things for a bit but we just had our first virtual consultation with Dr. Fong. It couldn’t have gone better! Dr. Fong was thorough, informative, personable, and more than accommodating. He took his time, explaining all options and procedures. He made us feel completely at ease. It was truly as if we were there in his office. We can’t wait to push forward with my daughter’s treatment plan. Can’t recommend Trilogy Orthodontics more! We look forward to beginning my daughter’s treatment here.

If you are looking for an orthodontist, look no further! I spent months searching for the right orthodontist for my son, and I made the right choice with Dr. Fong. The doctors and staff are so welcoming and knowledgeable. The doctors listen to your needs, and really take the time to study your child and make the best choice for them. Not only do they do beautiful work, they go above and beyond the call of duty. On a Friday evening, my son had a basketball injury. He was hit in the mouth and three of his teeth were knocked loose, as well as the brace being disconnected from his teeth. I called Dr. Fong and he stayed after hours to treat my son. If he had not done this, my son would’ve likely lost his teeth. I know this was not convenient for him…I overheard him make a phone call to cancel plans. Thank you Dr. Fong for putting your patients first! The braces are off and my son has a gorgeous smile.

I am writing a completely NEW review as my 14 year-old daughter recently got her braces off after 6 3/4 years at Trilogy Orthodontics.

Now, you may be wondering WHY so long? Well, my daughter has multiple issues that only occurred as her adult teeth came in that were MAJOR problems - so the treatment plan has to be changed many times. Needless to say, without the expertise and experience of this office, the outcome of her orthodontia journey would have been completely different. A dentist working on her mouth would not have been able to get the amazing and beautiful results that have been obtained through a professionally trained orthodontist like this office has.

My daughter got her braces on the day BEFORE the start of 2nd grade - she was a terrified little eight year-old and Dr. Terrence Fong and the staff put her at ease. She even wore her sunglasses during the procedure and was very happy when she left with her braces. Fast forward almost seven years when Dr. Garrett Fong worked his magic to have her braces off TWO days before her 8th grade graduation. When we were there for the back bracket removal, another patient was getting his braces off for Prom. Fabulous way to make your patients feel SPECIAL! Of important note, the doctors are great with little kids (like my 2nd grader getting braces) to tweens and teenagers to adults - they work with ALL ages well.

The entire staff from Dr. Terrence Fong and Dr. Garrett Fong to Linda and Kylene are amazing. We feel like family especially as I was previously a patient in the office over 40 years ago when Dr. Terrence Fong first started in orthodontics. Definitely the best experience ever - check them out as they DO give free consultations!!

I had my previous braces replaced which I put on in China and finished the rest of treatment in Dr. Fong’s office. I was very happy that I did so because it’s pretty different orthodontic experience compared to my previous one in China. Every time I came to the office, I was greeted with warm welcome from Linda or the other staff at the front desk, making me feel at friends’ place. And the the treatment was patient-oriented. Before processing to the next treatment, Dr. Fong would ask me if I was satisfied with the current results. The advanced equipment they’re using saved a lot of trouble for the patient. Thanks for the entire staff for their professionalism and kindness.

Great place! They continue to take great care of my smile in addition to both of my brothers'. During my last visit they used their new iTero machine to take a 3D picture of my teeth for new retainers! Both doctors thoroughly explained all my treatment options to me and answered every question I could come up with. I would definitely recommend Trilogy Orthodontics to anyone looking to improve their smile.

My friend had an emergency situation with her braces in holiday seasons and she wouldn't be able to see her regular orthodontist for another few weeks. We called Trilogy and were immediately admitted. They fixed her problem very professionally and with great courtesy. This is the best Christmas gift my friend has received! I have been here for awhile now and everything is always consistent. Everyone here is great. Dr. Fong and Dr. Garrett Fong are very gentle and take their time with their patients. They are very thorough and caring. They will do what’s best for you and what you want.

It’s been a very annoying journey with paying visits for getting new bands for your braces and what not but they make it easier to come here.
