Big shout out to the teammember Sergio who assisted in purchasing some diapers for my daughter. I messed up twice at self checkout ; yet he remained helpful and gave no dirty looks ( like the cvs close to my home) - he ended up helping me at the cash register all while selecting my correct account and applying coupons which gave me a good deal of the box . Super thankful 🙏🏼

My recent experience with CVS Temple City was phenomenal. I urgently needed a booster shot due to an overseas trip. My designated pharmacy and a few neighboring pharmacies declined me bc they had no more spots left.

Mitchell of CVS Temple City was the only one willing to give me a hand. He was also fully booked but he said if I could wait, he would help me and my husband when he got a chance. I waited and watched: only two staff including Mitchell in the pharmacy and they were busy handling everything from constant calls, prescriptions drop-off and pick-up, questions explained, shots given, etc.

After the shots, we accidently left our vaccination cards there, Mitchell not even called but also delivered it to my house when I failed to answer his calls. I‘ve never seen a pharmacist like Mitchell who is so kind to offer the amazing go-the-extra mile services to his customers. I have to give him a 5-star which he is truly deserved.

Some employees are friendly and some are not. They don't greet the customers when the customers come inside the store. Customer service is the main priority everyday.
