Courtyard by Marriott Thousand Oaks Agoura Hills

Had a great stay here this week and would recommend this hotel to other travelers. The hotel offers a bunch of amenities since it’s a dual brand property so you’ll find things like an expanded Bistro restaurant, grills, fire pits, and a comprehensive gym. Staff are friendly and we’re even able to accommodate an early check in request. Rooms are spacious and housekeeping does a fantastic job of cleaning them. I would happily stay here again given the opportunity.

This is basically a brand new hotel built in 2019 and open in 2020. I was looking for an affordable alternative in the area that wasn't in the $300 and this hotel came in almost half that and a mile from 101. The staff was awesome and combined our reservation into one room with a discount. Our room was on the first floor two queen beds a dining table and mini kitchen with a working stove and a fridge. Just what my family needed. Thank will be back again for sure.

The room is a little cramped and the shower is "open", but other than that it's a five star experience. The complimentary breakfast is out of this world: they have non dairy milk in a little refrigerator and a make your own cereal bar. The turkey sausage and cage free muffins are also bomb. It's situated right across the street from some steep hills and is next door to LA Fitness and a whole host of world class dining opportunities. Definitely a grade A California experience here.

Solid breakfast with great toppings for oatmeal (e.g., ground flaxseed and dried cherries), fire pits in courtyard are nice, and the bar is a nice option for snacks/drinks in the evenings. Friendly service staff as well.

Had a really nice stay here. Room was very nice and clean, location extremely convenient for our needs, and the staff has been so friendly and accommodating. Will definitely be staying here in the future 🙂

One of our best hotel stays ever! The service was great, the rooms were so nice and the beds were the most comfortable beds we've ever slept in. It's in a peaceful area, hotel was quiet, they have a Starbucks inside with bistro (definitely try the breakfast)! The pool area was gorgeous and they have fires going when it's cool so you can still enjoy sitting outside. It is close to a few great restaurants, in walking distance to an amazing Tavern with Ladyface brewery. This was or unexpected hidden gem of a hotel 💖

Another two weeks spent at my "California home". I always feel welcome when I come to visit my friends and use this Marriott as my homebase, since moving to Oregon. Most friendly and helpful staff were: Josh, ( a manager), Francisco (night audit), Markeisha and Fabiola. All were welcoming, professional and always ready to make sure everything was perfect during my stay. I look forward to my next trip!

Great location. Clean rooms and friendly staff. My family checked out a bunch of rooms (about 10) and we all agree that the mattresses are comfortable but the pillows are horrible. Bring your own pillow or wake up with a headache. You've been warned.

Reply to your reply: not even comparing it to my favorite pillow. Your pillows are more comparable to a bean bag. I woke up with a headache. Please start a survey regarding your pillows. This will be fun. Haha!

5 stars for the amazing staff at the hotel! The reception, maintenance, and management personnel went above and beyond to fulfill our requests and accommodate our needs, always with a smile. It was our second visit, and we will be back!

Spent a week with family in this hotel and we had a great time. Rooms are spacious and very clean. The patio and the pool with the firepits add a really nice touch to have some wine and chat in the evening.
I will come back anytime here when in L.A.

Super impressed with the facilities even though I was only there for continuing education. Location is freeway close with lots of parking. Super clean beautiful lobby and bar area. Great outdoor area with pool and fire pits. Friendly staff. Can't speak about the rooms but really a welcoming property.

We stayed 2 separate nights in June, at the beginning of our trip and at the end with our 2 young kids. Everything was great, clean and super comfortable. We got a room with 2 queen beds which worked great for us. Shower gel would be helpful in the bathroom rather than just a lil bar of soap. The first night we stayed we enjoyed their grab and go breakfast before we headed out on the rest of our journey. There was something for everyone and great coffee. Staff is super friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice and modern. We particularly liked the walk-in shower. We didn't use any amenities since it was a quick stay but we'd def book again if we were in the area.

This is the best courtyard in so cal i swear!!!

Free laundry supplies, complimentary breakfast, almost empty, and very clean, delicious food, and stuff is friendly
Especially I would like to notice Francisco at the front desk who took care of me, and always was down for conversation and socialize
Also, Starbucks crew is very kind and a coffee, strong

We were so lucky to stay here the first night it opened! We love getting away from the heat of our home in Palm Springs and coming to Malibu and this hotel popped up and looked beautiful. And it is, the beautiful glamorous decor, the massive different comfortable lounge areas, caring and attentive staff, and clean rooms are the reason we will definitely make this our main hotel to come to in Malibu and make sure to let all of our friends know too. Super clean, beautiful decor, great staff definitely a great place to stay I would highly recommend to everyone !

This is an excellent choice. It’s a new hotel and spotlessly clean. Room design is perfect—small but spacious with plenty of outlets and wall USB ports. Bright spacious bathroom and shower. There are two room types—a king with a pullout sofa or 2 queens with no sofa. There is a mini-fridge. The staff is excellent—above average attention and service. Highly recommended. 🏆

Highly recommend this place. Beautiful, clean and worth the money. Really friendly and helpful staff. We requested warm water kettle for our newborn baby’s milk and they did not have it..so they went and bought a new kettle.

It's a small, homely hotel. The elevators are a bit confusing. But the girl at the front desk is very helpful, friendly, and courteous. I enjoyed my brief visit there.

Very nice hotel. Breakfast is still highly limited and there was no good choices for vegetarian. Everything they had as far as hit food was with pork and meat. Hotel looks new and rooms look brand new.

Ive been on a job in LA that keeps getting extended so Ive been here almost a week now... Everyone on staff has been overtly friendly, polite and accommodating to all of my needs... I drove to LA from NYC and stayed in Courtyards all along the way and so far this has been my favourite... If i ever return to Thousand Oaks again for work id mostly stay here again after such a pleasant experience°
