Been shopping here for over a decade. The service is always good and their products, especially their in house brand is superb, I wear it daily. The digital foot examination is great and provides great insight on what shoe you should buy. I'm glad I live far away or else I'd probably spend too much money here!

Wonderful place. They measure feet better than anyone. Custom insoles for your shoes. The best shoes. More socks than anywhere and high quality. They also have the best selection of athletic bras than anyone. I take my family there. I won’t buy athletic wear anywhere else

I love this place. Everyone is so nice and know a lot about the different products. They have an amazing guarantee where you can try shoes out and if they're not the right fit for you, you can return or exchange for something else.

just started a running program for LA Sheriff Dept. and I needed some good running shoes. This was exactly what I needed as a new runner. My sales guy did a complete analysis of my feet and walking style and recommended the right shoe. Very impressed. I highly recommend this store and their process for finding the right shoe and insoles.

It was my first visit and I am so very glad I came. From walking in to happily bouncing out in my new shoes the experience was nothing short of exceptional. John helped me out. His patience and support in finding the perfect shoes for my feet were awesome. I got shoes and insoles designed for my uneven arches that make me feel as if I am walking on a cloud. Jennifer was fantastic!! She was patient from the get go!! I tried out the foot analysis machine. So cool!! I’m training for the London Marathon and she helped me confidently pick out several pairs of shoes to go home with. I’ve been a member for 4 years now!! I love the 90 day return policy, as sometimes you don’t realize a pair of shoes isn’t working until your mileage is up to double digits!! My hubby also had some custom insoles made and he’s a happy camper too!! Thank you team at Road Runner Sports!! You guys rock!!

Great service! They measured my feet and helped me find insoles and shoes. I had tried the Good Feet store but the insoles were over $1300. These were around $100. I will be sending everyone I know here.

Went in on a Saturday to get shoes for my daughter. It was super busy but we still got excellent and timely service. I have bought shoes there for myself and my husband as well…you pay a bit more but they can really match you up with the right shoes, and the custom insoles are amazing

Andrew greeted us as we entered and immediately helped us find distance spikes and the best daily runners for the price. He definitely went out of his way and was very knowledgeable about my daughter’s running needs. This was the best experience in a retail store.

I came into road runner as a first time customer and was helped by Dylan. I explained to Dylan some of the issues I’ve had with shin splints and he was able to recommend a shoe that’s been able to remedy some of those issues as well as get me fitted for custom insoles to further support me! Can’t recommend road runner enough. Great environment and very helpful staff!

Amazing experience and wish I had found this place a long time ago, well worth the drive from Ventura! I had the foot analysis done which was SO in depth and informative. I got one on one help to find the perfect insoles so that I could utilize the shoes I had just bought from another place that were having some fit issues. The custom insoles are incredible and I will definitely be a repeat customer and have already recommended to several people.

Always easy when I need new shoes. Walking into the store I’m always greeted by the helpful staff. They ask what I’m looking for and they help me try on shoes that match my preferred stiffness and cushioning. If you’re not sure about what shoe is best for you, they have treadmills that record your walk/jog and any like what your feet are doing and what support might be best for you! And if you need more arch support like me, they can make custom insoles in-house. Thanks for being there for us road runner! I don’t go anywhere else for walking/running shoes

I was told of this shoe, Hoka, by my co-worker. It is the Men's
Bondi SR. I am always on my feet from morning until I go to bed. This is the most comfortable, durable, and reliable pair of shoes I have ever worn. The salesman's name was John. He helped ensure I had the correct shoe size before he showed me a pair of Hokas that many other cooks had in the kitchen that customers had purchased in the past. It took a few days for my body to adjust to the actual shoe difference. I wanted to thank this store for supplying the best service and product! I will be returning for another shoe purchase.
