Very open, clean, friendly staff, plenty of parking space & very good price. Overheard one of the butchers come & tell the customer he didn't have that product so if he'd wait a few minutes he was going to cut up some new fresh pieces for him. Now that's going the extra mile.
Btw I usually shop in the OCs but was shopping with a friend. Nice to see the same quality exists here too.

I like this place because it is always friendly and not too busy when I visit. People are nice and parking lot is clean and safe. The store is also clean with full shelve of product. I got my membership card here, my first bagel try here and they also carry good red wine selections.

This is a nice neighborhood just right outside LA county with nice people around. This plaza has pretty much what you need besides groceries. I like to stop by here when I visit my family.

For years, it has remained the same, it makes me feel like home even though each time, we meet different cashiers for the past 20 years, I still like the same friendliness and welcoming feeling here.

Not a bad location and the store clean the employees are very nice and helpful. I haven’t had a problem or bad experience. As an Instacart shopper I shop at a lot of stores and sometimes go back to the same store multiple times a day. I like this Vons it is a decent store with a good staff at this location.

Had to pick up a few groceries while in town. Stopped at this Vons in Agoura Hills off of Kanan Rd.

Adequate parking lot. Store was well organized and had lots of fresh items along with regular canned and freezer section choices.

Was able to find all items I needed and check out with cashier. Definitely would visit again in future.

The other day I went shopping there. It's not their fault but I had a bad experience. I was looking for my phone in my back. I went with a friend of mine and she over heard an older guy telling to one of the employees that I was putting "something" in my back pack. My friend told him right on: we are here shopping. Thank God nothing happens and I really appreciate that nobody from Vons listen to that racist guy. Thank you Vons.

The store in Agoura Hills on Kanan was very clean, well organized and taller. By that I mean, it's been eighteen years since I lived near there. The shelves on the Gondolas are stacked higher. i need a step ladder to reach the upper shelves. I picked up a quick dinner of Sushi in a heart shaped plastic see through container. It was huge, a great assortment and tasted delicious.

Von's is my favorite market in my neighborhood. I am a loyal customer!
I love the variety of interesting foods, beverages, desserts and my favorite the floral department. Beautiful roses for a good price. I treat myself weekly to flowers!
The store is clean and all the employees are
friendly. I have shopped there for so long I know many of the employees by name.
I have always been treated with respect and never have had any issues.

I love this store and the employees! Everyone is always so nice and helpful. I do both in store and pick up shopping and everyone has gone above and beyond what is expected! Thank you for being so wonderful and working through the Covid w Masks I know it was stressful 🙏🏻♥

I came in looking for a quick dinner that wasn't fast food. Found these pretzel sandwiches, and asked Deanna qt the register if they happened to have a microwave. She cutoff the register,, took it back with me, asked if I wanted mayo too, micro-d it, and I was on my way. Hell yes. Thank you Deanna

Vons is great. I like it better than Ralph's and Pavillions. Lots of good deals and stocked to the hills! Happy cooking!

I’m a frequent shopper at Vons in Agoura Hills. Friendly, is how I would characterize employees’ attitudes there. Over the past five years, on numerous occasions, employees have gone out of their way to help me. Today, I would like to take the time to mention one young employee in particular, who recently surprised me with her thoughtfulness, Amanda! A week ago, I had paid for my groceries and was in the process of trying to place them in my carriage; Amanda was walking from far behind me to make her way to the opposite end of the store, so she couldn’t see what I was doing until she came along side of me. Although she was walking at a good clip, she noticed me loading my few bags of groceries and instantly stopped to say she would get them for me! She could have kept on going and not even noticed me, but to me, it showed her interest and awareness, and in being proactive, when it would have been easier to just keep on walking by. I hope management recognizes her dedication to doing a great job! Thank you Amanda!

Incredibly kind after the fire last fire...manager wouldn't even let me pay for the little I was purchasing! PLUS Gil in dairy ALWAYS is willing to get my favorite Glenoaks drinkable yogurt special ordered when there's a sale!

Wish they would carry our favorite Thai Chili Sauce By GaiGan... Great store! Employees been there a long time. Good people!

The store is always clean and well stocked. Rarely do I not find what I came for. The staff is also very polite and helpful!

Always clean, great workers. Never cumbersome. Prefer this place over Ralphs next door, but not that it's a bad place, just feel like Vons does it better.

I personally prefer the store over many other big stores but please if you're going to shop at Vons download the app and look for the deal
