This location provides the best service very frequently coming to ask if we are okay if we need something else and they bring our food fast less of 5 minutes we are ready to enjoy our food in the table very friendly environment with a big smile on the face definitely I coming back soon.

Everytime I go there the service is so nice. You feel that the employees truly care about each customer. Fast service, lots of parking. Has tables outside to sit in and enjoy your meal. Love this place

Chic Fil A is my number one go-to place for a chicken sandwich. Whether fried or grilled, their chicken is the most tender and most flavorful. The waffle cut fries are always cooked to a crispy exterior with a fluffy interior. Their iced tea is always a hit and the ice is literally perfect. Did you know they sell bags of their ice? Yeah, order it next time for your house and keep it in the freezer. If you're on a diet, go for their salads with grilled chicken, or their grilled chicken nuggets; they are well worth it. Their spicy chicken is warm without being too spicy.

Neat little Chik-fil-A! You can order on the window and eat on the side tables next to the drive thru. Smaller than expected. No indoor at this place. Good food and fresh ingredients.

It’s great and all, but they completely forgot my order of literally 3 chicken strips. It took around half an hour minutes to get them after alerting a few people. It was probably just a one time fluke but other than that it was good. (Edit: They compensated me for the time, it was very busy. They earn a higher rating for that.)

This chick fil a is by far the best chick fil a I've ever been to!!!!! I would recommend going here anytime! I got my food in under 1min! I've gone at least 6× bye now, every time I get my food in under 2min!

This place is not only friendly the food is always amazing and I am greeted every single time of you enjoy quiet or not this is the place for literally everyone ... Great job!

Chicken Sandwich is awesome.. and their peach milkshake is phenomenal.. 💕 and the obvious reason is quick to place order and your food arrives in a minute.. ✌

Stopped by for a quick bite, before going back to work. Very quick service and one of the very few Chick-fil-A’s who’s food is actually hot when receiving it.

Drive thru is great. If you are dining at the location, be aware it is outside dining only. But it is covered, they have patio heaters and access to inside bathrooms.

Love Chick-fil-A! This restaurant really knows their stuff and has a process for getting and delivering your order like no other restaurants. Other unnamed fast food restaurants try to copy what they do but it’s just not the same. The food price is reasonable considering it’s a big step up in quality compared to other fast foods. The employees are always super nice and their app happens to have one of the best rewards programs. Thanks for caring about your customers Chick-fil-A.

Was Alittle taken back When I Walked up to this Restaurant. Didn't know there were Only Outside Seating. But Soon Felt At Home With The Outside Seating, Very Comfortable & Inviting. Very Much Enjoyed the Whole Experience. Smiling

I LOVE this place! The food is yummy! The customer service is in exceptional! Curbside pickup is wonderful for moms like me with little kids. I love using the app and getting points towards free food! I love Chick-fil-A! I know I'm not alone in LOVING chick fila 😁

We used chick-fil-a westlake village for now 2 years for the fbla section conference for teens, and every-time it is a complete success. The catering manager Justin is very organized and great at helping to customize needs for events. All the staff that worked the event were also amazing some being Maritza, Mark, and Luke. We will definitely come back for more GREAT catering.

We stopped here on our drive to Santa Barbara, just to use the bathroom and get our free birthday cookie. I loved the way it was set up with order windows - we'd never seen that at a Chick-fil-A before! And the guy who took our order was SO polite! It took a weirdly long amount of time to get the cookie, though, but the guy came out with it in a bag and presented on a tray... so fancy! And gain, so polite. :)
