Target

This has to be the nicest Target I've ever been to. From the flowers in the parking lot to the inside condition, this is just about the best location there is. We're having TP and hand sanitizer shortages temporarily, but usually this store is well stocked.

Very large Target with a clean atmosphere and stocked shelves that were kept pretty neat and tidy instead of scattered all over the place!

Target always makes shopping so easy and stress-free. I had to return some food items tonight and the employee who helped me (I believe his name is Tyler?) was so courteous and kind and made my experience great! He was very attentive, asked me how I was doing/how my night was going, and just had an overall great personality.

I have noticed that the employees at Target Westlake Village are very nice, helpful, and just overall good people. They are doing a great job with hiring at this location. Always a pleasure to go here!

It would be great if you could recognize Tyler for his excellent service.

I just had my first in person post-COVID shopping experience at Target. What a wonderful place to shop! Wide open aisles, good quality products at reasonable prices and a selection which met all of my needs. So glad to be able to experience this outstanding shopping environment!

The store was clean, with well-organized aisles and fully stocked shelves that made it incredibly easy to find everything on my list. The staff members were helpful and friendly.

From my experience, Target typically does a good job of hiring nice, helpful people. This Westlake Village store has always been very consistent and the employees are always so nice and helpful. During my last visit, I needed help at the self-checkout, and Ori made himself available. He was so quick with thinking of a resolution and acting on it. It was really impressive. He was so cool about the situation and made me feel at ease and not stressed that the app wasn't giving me the appropriate reward like it should have. This was very impactful and a great shopping experience for me. Cheers to Ori for going above and beyond!

One of the best places to shop, very clean and organized. My shopping experience is amazing because of how nice everyone is and how eager they are to help you out. For sure go to place for anything. They have it all. Includes a clinic, Starbucks, and a eye clinic. Always has what I am looking for and has never let me down.

Always a pleasure to shop at Target, the personnel are wonderful, the selection of merchandise is superb and they carry MASON DIXIE BISCUITS which gladdens the hearts of many! Also, their private label wines are a delicious score!!!!

Rey is AWESOME! They are such a sweetheart and gave excellent makeup advice. They were fast, asked questions about my experience and deserves a raise!! Their advice was well delivered and will be making a second trip to purchase that item :) thank you Rey <3

Ivy was the customer service agent that made my day! She was so polite, helpful, and sweet. Ivy made it so easy for the pick-up and I also had a return. She gave me a bag credit, as I had brought my own bag for the purchase. What a delight to have such outstanding service that makes your day!! Hope you pass this on to her supervisor, and she should get a raise and lots of praise, and I'm not her Mom. Her supervisor was on break, as I wanted them to know how delighted it was having Ivy's help. So glad I could share my joy!

My experience was great. There were 2 to 3 people working the customer service and they were working as efficiently as possible. I had my receipt and it literally took less than 10 seconds to make my return. I then went back to the electronics department and the workers helped me make a different choice. There is a chance I made the wrong choice because I'm not sure of the component needed, but I know I can return it so I didn't hesitate to make the purchase.

Great selection and mostly great values. Everyone needs a trip to Target and almost everyone I know prefers Target to WalMart. I appreciate Target re-stocking many items that have been hard to find during the earlier months of the pandemic (sanitizing supplies, toilet paper, paper towels, etc.). and maintaining a helpful and friendly shopping environment, especially during these challenging times.

This Target has the most helpful and courteous employees! Grace helped us at the self-serve kiosk. She was so sweet, helpful, and kind! Also, Jacob helped us find something we were looking for in the store from his check stand and he looked it up on his phone. These two amazing employees are why we shop at your Target! They are so helpful, kind, and professional. What a delight!!

Target in West Lake is a shopper's destination. The store is immaculate, and all departments are well organized and stocked. Its management and employees are taking every precaution necessary to make the experience both safe and easy for its daily customers. Every checkout stand has plastic guards to protect both the cashier and the customer. Hand sanitizer dispensers can be found at the entrance of the store and in other strategic locations. Only guests who wear masks can do indoor shopping right now. Target reps greet you with a smile and ask you how they can assist you on your shopping trip.This Target is above and beyond a study in great service and superb presentation as well.

I love going to this target with my family. We have so many good memories there. The service is great, but they need to restock the dumbells. They've been out of stock all year :0( Its a good store, so go buy some stuff.

I wouldn't normally post a review for a department store, but I just want to say that the customer service from Joey and Taylor was exemplary. I do hope their managers see this as they made the shopping experience quite enjoyable.
