At first I was a bit hesitant to upgrade my home theater with Best Buy as in the past there was a lack of knowledge and customer service. Well times have completely changed at the Thousand Oaks location. Bertrand was my salesperson and he was amazing. Extremally knowledgeable and attentive to my needs. Being that I have been in sales my whole life (over 20yrs) it was nice to receive a level of customer service that I pride myself on giving my clients. I had geek squad install a TV, speakers, receiver and set everything up. It went fantastic with them spending almost 8hrs to make sure everything looked perfect. There was a slight issue, but it was resolved by Charley one of the managers with a level of professionalism you see only at high end establishments. If your shopping around at the various overpriced theater media shops in town, don't overlook Best Buy in Thousand Oaks. Thank you again everyone my family and I couldn't be happier.

Completely remodeled on the inside, very different from the old Best Buy vibe. Still has everything you would expect, plus some new items that weren't carried before, like Legos. Overall nice place with a lot to offer.

Fast and efficient return of something I ordered that was the wrong configuration. Very pleasant employee even after a long Dec 26th day of returns.

Joan (or a similar name) was a SUPER helpful employee with my trade-in! Very patient and friendly with the whole process, even when their systems had a glitch.

Visited the Geek Squad due to my laptop crashing on me. Trevor was very knowledgeable, courteous, kind, he offered solutions and he was never pushy. While I waited, he would always be checking in on different customers. Making sure we were all taken care of.
I observed another kind guy, Iwished I knew his name. A senior citizen was sitting next to me, waiting for her order, he brought it up to her, explained the product, and the nice lady asked him questions about it, which he happily explained... this happened about 2-3 times until the customer was satisfied. He went above and beyond with great attitude.
Even though my situation was a bit frustrating, it was refreshing to be in such positive environment.

This store has been doing very well for me, i purchase most often for client needs.

Ok my latest trip, i needed a lot of help to resolve an online ordering snafu, and started off as my fault, asked for a manager to see if they could help, and he did more than that, spent a good amount of time, and between him, his store/team, and another store, everything came out better than perfect!

Having really awful month that ended with brand new washer flooding my house this morning. Went to Best Buy to buy a new new washer and was helped by David Fisher in appliances. He listened to my needs, told me which models could be delivered quickly and I was in and out in ten minutes. 5 star service from David! Thank you for making my day better!

it's still a Best buy, with the usual products. But, the newly designed store is nice to shop in. I usually go when I know what I want, and I really have no idea how knowledgeable the staff is. One should always go into the store informed with information about the technology they are interested in.

Everyone at this store was very helpful, everyone I walked by asked if I need help. They had exactly when I needed. They even had keyboards laying out to test.

The service was impeccable, but unfortunately, this visit I noticed the inside of this Thousand Oaks location is under construction for some underground piping installation and so it left the employees offering their best service at a counter located just as you walk in the open doors. At the counter I saw many other Happy faces so I assumed that they were getting good service as well. For this location, I would suggest online ordering with touchless pickup at the front of the store.
