The place is spacious and doesn't have a bad smell even during busy hours. This is a great place to see the products work in person rather than just buying online impulsively.

The temperature is also decent even with a large crowd inside

Very nice Apple Store inside the Mall. Crowded as usual all Apple Store specially when new products just came out. But overall, waiting in line was not so bad and all Apple Store staffs were nice and friendly and helpful fast! So glad and will be back into this store whenever I need to get new Apple products. Keep it up!

First and foremost I want to thank Kyle and the gentleman that checked me in on going above and beyond for me. As someone who works for a major cell Carrier, I've heard the horror stories of having to send my clients to the Apple store from their account and dreaded my visit. I'm happy to report that my experience today (March 5th, 2024) was amazing! Kyle is a very intelligent associate, apple and Tim Cook should be lucky to have such a driven employee who goes above and beyond the call of duty. I came in for my sons tablet that was malfunctioning, fortunately, the device was still under Apples one year warranty, and Kyle determined that the tablet was defective and replaced the tablet with the same model . I was out of the store within 30 min of arriving. Thank you gentleman for making this a smooth in and out and ultimately making my son happy that we were leaving with a new device.

Came in on a sat to get my phone battery replaced. They took care of me very quickly. It only took about an hour to get fixed for under $100. I was impressed with their accuracy and timeliness. Definitely recommend!

I came in to reset my iPhone. I’m not gonna lie I've never been to an Apple Store so I don’t know that you have to check in at the center island. I walked up to an associate. I believe his name was Martin he didn’t dismiss me when I asked him for help, or tell me to check in to the center isle he was polite and quickly asked how he could help. Hats off to Mr Martin for being so polite and attentive and helpful.

On Tuesday, February 18, my father and I visited the Apple Store in the Los Cerritos Center. My dad had previously purchased an Apple Iphone through an Apple reseller, and he experienced issues with the phone’s configuration from day one. He made the commitment to get the issue resolved by getting a new phone directly from an Apple Store. We showed up early and were promptly assigned to Sergio as our sales associate. Sergio was extremely pleasant, and was able to address my father’s concerns. Most importantly, he was able to source the information that he didn’t have the direct answers for, and for that I’m very appreciative. It would have been horrible for my dad to go through the entire process of securing a new phone only to have a new set of issues develop. As it turned out my dad is extremely satisfied with his new iphone 11!

As good as any Apple store I've been to.

I made an appointment this past sunday in the morning, got it for for 3pm, not bad, the store was jammed packed. I said to myself oh boy, looks like I may have to be a while. I checked in and was told wait here at this table full of sad looking faces, looks like they have been there a while! And to my surprise 60 seconds later a tech shows up, runs a diagnostic on my iPhone. They decide to replace it but don't have it in stock, they tell me it will take 3-5 days to get a replacement. NOT good, its a recent model. So I was in and out of the store in 5 mins. Two days later I get a phone call and email my replacement iPhone has arrived, so I head back to the store, check in, wait here, and less than a minute later a tech shows up with my new iPhone. I was in and out in less than 3 minutes. All in all, I can't complain too much. so MAKE your APPOINTMENT!!! Get taken care of. And you won't be one of those fools sitting at a table with a long sad face sucking your thumb!

Great experience at this Apple Store. My wife’s Apple Watch was damaged and Manny was extremely helpful and attentive. The store was packed and he managed to provide excellent customer service. Thank you for assisting.

Lauren helped me with my MacBook Air M2 and it was a wonderful experience she was really able to solve my issue within my computer and another gentlemen who helped me in when I walked in but particularly Lauren !! This is my second time coming into this Apple store to get my issue resolved with my Apple products and they never fail to attend you well and make sure you go home with your problem fixed so you don’t have to come back. I was satisfied with my second visit, quick, easy and attentive. The first year manufacture warranty is no scam they will really resolve your issue going on with your apple product!!

Customer service was good. However this is the only reason I gave 5 stars. Apple and its products get less than a 5.

I stopped in to get a new iPad and was taken care of promptly and easily. While waiting for the purchase to be gathered in the back I watched a very good instructional seminar on photography with the iPhone which I found very educational. Overall great experience.

Made appt to switch out two 7s for two 14s this Sunday morning at 11am. Was out the door at 11:30 with the two new devices. Big THANK YOU to James who worked concurrently on migrating us to the new systems. He’s been there for five years and it shows. Thanks again for a wonderful customer experience at this location.
