Burlington

I love this store. The only issue I have is the long line that you have to wait in because they never have enough registers open. I went the other night and there was one register open and I was the only one in line and I still had to wait for the girl to finish with the customer for 15 minutes. Oh and there are a lot of empty boxes where the creams and lotion and hair care stuff is. They are on the back of the shelves. Behind all the other products. Must suck when you have to steal merchandise that is at a great low price to begin with. Other then that Everything else was great

I was in the store yesterday and bought some items with lace and I noticed Cynthia the cashier had to go a few steps away to retrieve a small bag and she carefully wrapped the earrings that i just bought as well. I let her know that is great customer service and how i have seen others just throw it all in the bag together. Then the earrings get stuck in the lace etc. She was also very professional and polite. The sales were great and I have been coming to this store for over 20 years.

My first time visiting this store. I went early in the morning when they just opened. It's also not very crowded and no wait time at the registers.I was so excited to see an associate by the name of Vanna at this store ! She used to work at a store i would visit all the time when I was in the Rialto area. She ran the accessories department there and was always knowledgeable about products and kept everything neat and tidy. While visiting this Cerritos location, She went above and beyond to actually walk me to the area of the store to show me where the things I was looking for were located instead of just pointing me in the direction. Sandra, the lady in the fitting room was very nice and helpful. She was also the cashier when I was ready to checkout. She was fast and efficient. Overall great experience at this Cerritos location!

Very nice and clean store. All dress are proper position and easy to find. I purchased many items for my friends and families. I recommend to all my friends and family.

I was greeted when I came in to the store. It was a little Crowd and Busy, this is Understandable, Especially since the Celebration of Easter is Very Near. I was Looking for Certain items and i found a few. The Store has Rearrange their Stock, So it was Different from what I Remember. All in All, The Store was Well Stocked, The Staff kind and Helpful. Burlington is pretty Cool place to buy quality stuff at a discounted rate. Great stuff for a fraction of the cost compared to major department stores! They have many different sections from clothes electronics pet supplies to Toys for tots...I guess that says ALOT...🤟✌❤❣💋

Love the fact that theyre one of the very few retail stores thst stay open till 11pm. My local fave for whenever im in the mood for last minute late night compulsive shopping spree lol

Yes, Good sales on clothes and shoes purses, kids clothes and shoes, bedroom bedding, home decorations pillows, furniture kitchen pot and pans too, go see Christmas is coming, a good place to shop 😉

I always find something I like at Burlington but this time I was with a friend who didn't want to shop but I grabbed a couple nice beach towels since mine are so old, so it was time.

Love the store it was nice and clean I was there over three hours just browsing I ended up buying way too much

They had so many good deals found lots of gifts stuff I didn't know I wanted or needed employees were very helpful so I had a driver behind a very good experience

Love this place so many brand names. I dunno what the other guy was talking about definitely the price not higher then tj max. TJ max clothes is about $15. Here is only under $10 well some but the clothes is a lot better then TJ max and Ross. Ross no good anymore.

I loss weight and needed more jeans. With that said, I found the jeans that fit my waist, good quality, and they were under $25.
