Nice staff, short wait times as far as check out and return line. Had everything I needed and more. It's a good Target.

I know these reviews may not mean much but Beltazar is awesome a super and above and beyond employee. Ice was out on the shelves and instead of just telling my friend and I “oh well” he checked in the back brought us ice and refilled the ice supply. I dont think that was he section either. Our beach day will be a success!

I'm so happy to have this store location close to my house is always C lean and the employees are very welcome and helpful.

I was at Target Cerritos today at 1:38pm. Just want to let any manager know that the young man named Ethan has excellent customer service skills. Even though he was working out of his job description he was exceptionally pleasant. He acknowledged us with a compliment right away. Took time to ask questions regarding our shopping experience. Was very patient with my elderly sister. This young man needs employee of the month! Thanks for showing up to work Ethan!

The store is clean and well stocked with most things, and I like the wide aisles so you can keep your distance from others. I found the store employees were very pleasant and willing to help you, and it was very easy to find someone when you needed help. I looked around in the baby/toddler clothes sections, and they have so much cute stuff at good prices. I love shopping here.

Look Target when they promote specials or have coupons it's really Cool! But on the other hand if they don't it could get expensive😱 Many products are priced higher than Walmart so if what Your looking for is not on sale or You don't have a coupon Your better off going to Walmart🤔🤫🤭 Customer Service is better at Target though! YOU KNOW?✌🤟💋❣🤣

I drove up here from South Orange County because I was in need of some things that all my local Targets were sold out of. I placed my order through the app and chose drive-up, and it said it would be ready within four hours. Within the hour, I got a text saying it was ready! I headed up and pulled into the drive-up spot, and someone was already there waiting for me. They scanned my phone and gave me my items, it was so fast! The employee was super kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend this Target for their wide selection of items and excellent customer service, especially in drive-up!

I've always found the staff at this store to be particularly helpful and pleasant. The only reason I don't give it a 10 is because sometimes things I need are out of stock. (I'm not referring to anything regarding the recent pandemic shopping, I'm referring to more mundane, ordinary things) It happens often enough that I would hope the store would start to stock things more frequently or abundantly. I get that stuff runs out, and occasionally going to another store isn't a big deal, but if it happens too often it becomes an inconvenience.

Employee service here was great and fast. I needed help getting a locked item and the employee was ready to find and quick to help. He even helped out while having a positive attitude and being friendly! Store isn't the largest but it is still very big with a wide selection of products. Layout of the departments was a little confusing compared to other targets because of it's size.

They're always so darn nice but you have to do something with the air conditioning. It gets hot here in Southern California and some days I had to leave because it's too hot in the store... It sucks that the employees can't leave like I did. They're good employees, they deserve good working conditions.

It is super convenient and easy. Also, picking up in store helps me only buy the things I intended to buy. Just know that Order Pick Up is right next to Customer Service- which apparently they give priority to. So, if you stand there waiting for one of them to even make eye contact with you, don't be insulted. That's just how they do things at this store.

This is a great Target location. The parking lot is busy but there is usually room to park fairly close. The checkout is generally quick enough and they are accommodating with their return policy. I like this location more than some others in the area since I can always find what I'm looking for quickly enough. The Starbucks inside is a nice bonus.

Brand New Carts and so many of them wobbling hard. The Lock wheels are damaged and deforming very quickly.

Personally I think the spraying of disinfectant does more harm than good as it doesn’t guarantee all the spots are covered and gives a false sense of security while also contaminating ourselves with harmful chemicals. I’d rather be required to wear our own gloves. Otherwise it’s a great location.

Update 7/2022
After 2 years and multiple times informing staff, the bathroom door handle is still installed upside down and not functional the way it was intended for sanitation. It's suppose to allow you to use your forearm to open the door and not your hands.

The sticky layers of toxic disinfectants are building up and it’s disgusting when I get it on my hands.

I was able to purchase dog food and treats and feminine products I came for. They were in stock and at good prices. I even shopped and purchased other items I had not even thought of buying as I went around the store. I felt safe with the COVID precautions of the store. I was also very happy to see multiple cashier stands open, as I ended purchasing more than 20 products, I prefer going through a cashier. I hate when stores have multiple check stands with only one cashier on the register forcing patrons to go thru self checkout. Self-checkout is fine, if you have fewer than 10 items and no coupons or not entitled a gift card with purchases and I do use them on occasion with less than 10 items. At this target, I was happy with the multiple cashers open to serve customers.

Great courteous, friendly staff, fast! I had an item held on the phone and Alex stood by his word! I'm super thankful as other Target stores didnt have a prepaid phone I wanted! Employees at this store are great & honest! Super thanks!

I was assisted by, I believe her name is, Jelaya in electronics in Cerritos, CA. I went in to purchase an apple watch 5 and was given THE BEST service. She was able to multi task and recognize other customers while assisting me. The phone rang and it seemed to be a busy time and she handled everything and everyone with a smile and no problem. She was so friendly and courteous to everyone, I was extremely impressed with her customer service skills. I don't come cross customer service like her very often so it was easily recognizable. Definite leadership qualities
