Sheraton Agoura Hills Hotel

I wanted to write a review to thank the staff for the amazing way they supported my family in finding my 5yr old autistic son who is non-verbal when he ran away from the room and missing for almost 15min.
The front desk acted within 30seconds of me reporting my son missing. The hotel was locked down and the police arrived within minutes.
What stuck out to me most was that the ENTIRE staff was not only focused on finding my son but they were calm and SO KIND so me (especially) as I ran around frantically... (even into parts of the hotel I was not permitted) and continued to stay by our side until he was found.
The aftermath of him running away was met by a staff that continued to be gracious and kind for the duration of our stay.

I HIGHLY recommend this hotel and it's staff and cannot thank you all enough.

Clean rooms two queen beds in the room. Big spacious bathrooms. They offer complimentary coffee in the lobby. Free overnight parking. They have a pool on an upper level but it's surrounded by big walls and a small lawn area.

They have a bar just past the lobby area. Nice hotel. Looks like a good 3 star.

Older well maintained property. Location is good but lots of traffic. Nothing fancy just a reasonable price and cheerful staff.

Comfortable and Extremely Hospitable!

We came here for a work conference, and not a single colleague had a negative thing to say.

From the front desk, to the restaurant, and housekeeping, everyone was friendly, helpful, and went beyond what was expected.

The beds were comfortable, and the pool and hot tub were open.

Kim, Sales Director, was very competitive on a group rate for our visit. The staff was very friendly, the rooms were comfortable and the shower was great. Fresh cooked breakfast buffet and the service was very efficient. Good location right off the highway but no road noise. Lots of great restaurants nearby. I stay at a lot of hotels and this was one of the best.

Nicely stocked club lounge, enjoyed the hot item in the evening. Appreciated being offered the breakfast buffet since the club lounge isn’t open for bkft. Service was fast & every server was helpful & pleasant. Glad to see a new desk chair in the room. Please also add in some of the missing patio furniture for the rooms.

Feels like a grand old hotel, not in the best shape, but very enjoyable. We had a king bed and it was great. Excellent service to fix our broken lamp and bring extra pillows and coffee. Best cycling location in the US - not kidding.

Great hospitality. All staff are so friendly and helpful.
Especially front receptionists Tina and Diana are amazing. They made our stay so special. My kids love them. I am a IT consultant and spent at various hotels over 200 days a year before covid and have experienced many hotels . This is one of my favorite ones. Especially considering $ vs. service., I definitely recommend this hotel if you look for a place to stay in Agora Hills/Thousand Oaks area.

Spend one night at this location, front desk was very professional, and surprisingly good breakfast with excellent dining room service. Will definitely stay again next time in town.

Nice staff, clean rooms, soft beds and very fluffy pillows. They have blackout curtains which was so great for me having to sleep during the daytime. Wish the shower pressure was stronger and there was stray options. Too hard to clean my thick hair out properly. Other then that, great hotel and great stay.

An absolutely beautiful hotel in an absolutely beautiful location with many upscale shopping centers within a mile of the hotel and upscale dining within the same distance. They even built a huge hill adjacent to the pool to block the sound of the freeway which you couldn't even hear when you were elevated several floors above the pool from the hotel the rooms were wonderfully large yet had a cozy feeling plenty of the USB ports, a wonderful bathroom with an excellent shower and tub and beds that were so comfortable along with four big plush pillows on each bed this is a wonderful place to stay it's like being in the middle of nowhere while surrounded by somewhere and it is just so relaxing to be there in Agoura hills. I stayed here multiple times between March and August of 2017 on business. The rooms are decorated quite conservatively but always clean. Beds are very comfortable. Bathroom has a light up vanity. I like that they have a restaurant, bar and members lounge that serves hors d'oeuvres, dessert, and breakfast. Service was always excellent: front desk, room service and special requests for toiletries that I'd forgotten. As a frequent guest, the bartender remembered my usual order which was great. There's also a small gym, pool, jacuzzi, and outdoor lounge space if you have some free time to enjoy. A solid hotel for business guests.

A great stay. Very clean rooms. Polite employees. Plenty of parking. They had everything I needed for my stay. And I had my room for a great rate too. Very reasonable compared to other options in the area.

Nice hotel for a great price. Staff was very friendly. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was great in the restaurant. Would stay here again if in the area. They do charge for parking, but gave us half off of the price.

Fantastic hotel! The executive room is worth the upgrade and very spacious. View is great. Only thing is and it was really a bummer is that there was no Netflix compatibility!!! Would be super useful since I use hotels as a weekend getaway as of late.

Great location that's right off the street, had a great view from my room as well too! Stayed overnight for a half marathon, and the rooms are great! Very clean and updated, some of the best hotel beds I have slept on lately, and had enough outlets for all of our devices. Definitely would stay here again.

Check in was easy and the front desk clerk, Kevin was friendly and accommodating concerning our room change request. He went out of his way to assist us. The rooms are very clean and updated. They even provide robes, Starbucks coffee and free water. Wi if is also free as well as parking. So glad we chose this Sheraton. Would not hesitate to stay here again

I stayed here and I had a great experience. The rooms were very comfortable and clean, and having a balcony was a great addition. The bartender who served us was extremely nice, as were the staff at the check-in desk. I would recommend staying here
