Hampton Inn & Suites Agoura Hills

Very clean, comfortable and quiet inn situated right off the freeway exit in a safe neighborhood. Breakfast area is bright and spacious serving just the regular breakfast food - nothing fancy. Coffee available 24 hours in the lobby. Rooms are comfortable and spacious with aTV, microwave and small fridge. Will definitely go back here if I'm in the area again.

We drove down here after previously staying in Santa Barbara and hating the hotel we were in. We were looking for something not too far that would be comfortable and quiet. My wife looked at reviews online and decided to give this one a try. Thank goodness we did. As soon as we arrived the staff was so friendly and nice. They gave us a list of local restaurants nearby. The hotel was clean and spacious. We got to the room (King studio with pull out bed) and were amazed how much room it had. The bed was comfortable, the hotel was quiet. They provided a pretty decent breakfast in the lobby. It was a perfect stay for us.

Great experience here . The room is clean and comfortable and I appreciate the wide selection of channels to choose from. Where the hotel really shines is its very friendly and helpful staff. It’s so refreshing to see people doing their job with a smile and making the guests feel welcome. Thank you for the warm service!

This Hampton location is a surprise. From the outside, it appears upscale. The location is next to the freeway, and access is one way from the road. Few diamond members parking spots available. Once inside, it is much like any other Hampton. Ice machines on each floor, located at the end rather than central at the elevators. The halls of floors are cold, thermostats reporting 63 degrees. Staff here is polite yet consistently fails to acknowledge diamond status, offer water or room upgrades at checkin. Customers seem to be a disruption to their life. Day or night, they are not customer or solution oriented making any changes to your stay a difficult and inconvenient experience. The systemic way staff approaches guest relations suggests poor leadership or lack of Hilton University training. As a 7 year diamond member, and giving this location 3 opportunities to improve, this is the only Hilton property I will never book again.

One of the best Hampton Inn hotels I've stayed in. Facility is newly renovated and has nice clean grounds. It is close to the Reyes Adobe park being about 10min walk away. Staff ate friendly and courteous offering service with a smile and can-do vibe.

Rooms and bathrooms are immaculate and bedding is relaxing. The breakfast room also gives a feeling of a lounge which helps to make the dining experience more pleasurable. Coffee is nice and bold and though I'm more a fan of Espresso coffee, this filter type coffee was bold and not watered down.

Breakfast offerings are consistent with Hamption style I.e. continental++ and everything is fresh, tasty, and clean.

Nestled just below the Lindero mountain canyon there is a sidewalk outside the hotel that stretches more than a mile. Bikers will enjoy the dedicated bike lanes on either side of the road as well.

Good value for money and look forward to coming back.

I cannot belive how perfectly clean this hotel was! I did read the comments but did not expect how great it truly was! Service was amazing from the afternoon-night shift and they did reminded that breakfast was included! Parking was available with no extra cost wich is something i really appreciate on not being charged for after paying the hotel service. They even had printing service ! I definitely recommend hundred times this great hotel!!!!!!

Nice rooms, clean facility and good service. Breakfast bar had a lot of good options and plenty of seating for the breakfast rush.

We stayed here as an in between place for Universal in LA and Newbury Park. Only 30 min out to Universal.
Rooms were nice and clean. They provided a nice continental breakfast and coffee. The kids Iiked the pool and spa.

Amazing service here! Jeff and David at the front desk are so welcoming and accommodating, providing all types of recommendations and superb customer service. Room was spotless and fairly large! This hotel is right off the highway and is about a 5 minute drive from some great food and shopping options. Definitely will stay here again!

Exquisite and comfortable place to stay with wonderful staff and good amenities. I particularly liked that this location was dog 🐕 friendly with lots of space surrounding for my dog to roam. He was a happy dog 🐕 at the hotel 🏨

Stayed here for 3 nights at the end of June. Really nice location. Close to freeway, but still very nice. There was some work done inside (looked like plumbing issue in one of the rooms with the ventilator running in the hall and same going downstairs), but it was okay. The room was clean. Personnel was extremely friendly and helpful. I read a few reviews complaining about breakfast choices, but I think they were fine for our family of five: oatmeal, eggs, bagels, drinks, etc (menu varies, so some days there were burritos, toasted sandwiches, and other items). There is a swimming pool and jacuzzi, but we did not use them. WiFi worked fine.

Great experience at this hotel. Extremely comfortable beds, nice service. Quiet rooms, spacious. The pool and hot tub were wonderful.

Nice hotel perfectly situated close enough to popular tourist sites without being as expensive as ones closer to Malibu etc. it’s near an in-n out ( for tourist delights). Hotel is clean. Water pressure is light but I hear that’s the norm in Cali. Also it has a beautiful view in the parking lot !

Our stay was very nice. Very clean room and hotel. The staff was very friendly. We enjoyed the breakfast that was included, self-serve style many options. The website pictures are a little misleading of the swimming pool, as the pool is much smaller than it appears in the pictures. However, the pool and area were also very clean. The hot tub was very enjoyable and a pretty good size. Five adults fit comfortably with room for maybe one more person. The decor is nice but in need of a little updating.

Probably my favorite hampton inn and suites I’ve been to. I generally pick these for business travel. Best breakfast, easy parking, nice location (great for outdoor run) clean, upgraded gym & room was nice. Will be back.

Very nice stay! Great staff, clean and renovated rooms. Decent breakfast, coffee and warm cookies in the evening. No complaints here.

A wonderful, comfortable, friendly place to stay. It was only for 1 night but, staff made us feel welcomed. The b/fest was the best to start a day. Eggs & protein helps a lot.

Remarkably pleasant and competent staff. Both kind and efficient. And when I inadvertently left some items in a drawer and called them two days later, they not only had the items (saving the car key AND some notes I had written!), but mailed them to me immediately. I've stayed here previously and will continue to stay here exclusively when visiting family. I've stayed at the nearby Four Seasons, which is nice. But the value at Hampton Inn & Suites is fantastic and my stay was just as pleasant!
