Hopefully the situation unfolds how I am hoping it will unfold and an actual eviction is not needed, but if that becomes necessary I will not hesitate to engage his services further.

I hired Dan to deal with our eviction after we bought a foreclosure home at the auction about a year ago. Dan was very on top of things and processed everything very quick!
