Excellent service, and they take the time to explain all details and work. I got 2 root canals and required all old caps to be replaced & repaired. Took several appointments but you have to keep in mind that there is no hurry when it comes up to self care.
To those that say they don't want a student working on them does not realize that the students still cares and will be extra careful. Besides that they have the professional Dentist / Instructors thrte at all times.

I have had a lot of terrible experiences and after being told it would be $9000 to replace one tooth I decided to come here. It’s the best decision I could have made. It’s a lengthy process but to have students and faculty that actually care and want to help you is worth all of the time. Thank you Marina, Doctor B and the countless specialist helping me. You changed more than just my smile :)

Students very good at their work especially Mitch been with him about 6 months now very good work.PS he will be a very good dentist soon .Good job Mitch

The student dentist I had was horrible he didn’t use gloves to open up the sterile packages until I asked him to he didn’t wear a mask and he damaged my teeth during a routine cleaning when I complained I was told I was not welcomed back by Dr Aarup she even made a joke to me saying her name was just like AARP like the organization for seniors because I am a senior citizen very unprofessional both the Dr and students

Absolutely awful. Lawsuit awaiting for them. The receptionists act like if you’re going to take out of their already low pay checks. The first guy I called named Arturo was very rude and said he heard my voicemail and he told me “already” when I was just asking questions I didn’t know the answer to. We had to reschedule because we live in LA and it’s far. The second time a lady who sounded like she was constipated answered and denied service to my elderly grandfather just trying to reschedule. To the receptionists: if you’re not happy with your pay move to another state where you can afford to be this way. You’re grown adults who are clearly in a trauma state responding to customer. Happy we will be taking our money elsewhere. If the receptionists are this way can you imagine the dental students? Absolutely awful they denied service to a senior in need. Take your money to Mexico if you need or other dental schools in the area. Glad the receptionists sounded like they were constipated and you’re taking from their pay check. Maybe avoiding problems further down the line with services.
