I have been having horrible back pain for months, and was so nervous to spend money on a mattress and still have back pain. Vince did such a great job and got me the exact mattress I needed for a great price. My back is soo much better, I’m literally excited to get into my bed every night. I was in and out of the store in 15 minutes, so easy and the delivery men were very kind and efficient. Thanks so much!

Mattress Central has exactly what I was looking for. My husband and I searched all over town looking for a pillow for a present and Richard helped us find the perfect one quickly. He was extremely helpful and gave us a good explanation on how to treat our pillow with care so that it will be good for years to come. Perfect place to find things that you need and get great deals!

Jake assisted us with purchasing a mattress. He was helpful and kind the entire time. The prices here are great, they'll deliver for free, and help you set it up. The people that delivered were very nice as well. David helped us when we needed to purchase a metal frame afterwards and he was really helpful and nice.

Overall, the prices here are great and people very helpful and accommodating. Would recommend!

David was great! Very helpful and they are taking the old bed out and offer free delivery. They also offered a 4 month window to make sure we really like it. It's for my Dad so he is very happy to get a new bed since he has been having back problems with the old bed. Definitely check this place out!

This was my first stop looking for a new Mattress, and initially met Jake, who was immediately friendly and helpful without being overbearing. Jake gave me great information about the mattresses I was looking at as well as a few other options, and provided a ton of information about how they could work with me (both in terms of deals and their options for ordering mattresses they didn't have in store, and making delivery as easy for me as possible) without ever making me feel like I was getting a hard sell. My initial interaction with Jake was enough to convince me that, even though I intended to shop around to find the right mattress, I'd be coming back to buy from Mattress Central.

I returned a day later, in the course of shopping around and trying out other models at other shops, and met David, who was equally friendly and helpful, and really helped me zero in on the right mattress. After heading out to a few other showrooms to try out some different models to make sure I knew what I wanted, I came back to finally purchase, again working with Jake. I knew I had made the right choice in coming back when Jake mentioned that David I had called him and let him know I had come back and updated him on what I was looking at and what he (David) had talked to me about in terms of a deal - excellent customer service!

I ended up getting a great deal (and even a bit of advice on an alternative option based on a few concerns I had about cooling), and Jake was really helpful in setting up delivery, and was super clear that they can be flexible as necessary once my delivery date arrives, if I need to change anything.

All in all an excellent experience that resulted in me getting the right mattress (and some pillows) at a better price than I expected. I'd definitely recommend anyone looking for a new mattress head over to see David or Jake - they were both excellent and made the whole process easy and low stress.

Mattress Central has great beds and more importantly fabulous service. Starting with the sales people, manager and delivery men all in which I was happy to deal with. They worked hard to be helpful, resourceful, and respectful.

I was referred by my friends to go see Richard and they were right! Richard definitely knows his products. it was a very easy and fun experience. Once I explained what I was looking for, Richard knew right away which mattress was best for me. I only tried 3 and I wanted to get all 3 of them, lol, but went with the first suggestion. Mattress Central - "3319 Glendale" location is the only place I will go to buy a mattress again.

I bought my mattress few months ago and I realized that it’s not the best fit for me. I went to Mattress central today and inquired about exchanging the mattress I have at home. Mattress central has a good return policy. Wyatt was very helpful in helping to choose the right mattress for me. Also, they don’t charge for delivery and they deliver promptly. This was my first time investing in a mattress I actually liked and Richard made it such a great and fun experience! My friend had driven me down to LA for the day because I was moving from NorCal. We spent quite a while in the mattress store... what a good time! Who knew mattresses were so fun and interesting?!? Richard showed us different varieties of mattresses and educated us about what they were made of and what to look out for. He also made a sincere and generous effort to accommodate my budget and additional needs. He was also extremely patient with our funny decision making process. So STOKED to receive my delivery!

Yes, the reviews are true. Richard was amazing. Definitely earned our business with his honesty and be definitely worked with us to settle on a price me and my girlfriend agreed on! I've passed by this store maybe a thousand times and I always shrugged it off until we needed a mattress. I read reviews and thought, "Wow, this place must be just giving out free stuff for all these 5 stars". But no, they definitely try to earn your business. Their exchange policy is what sealed the deal for us. Other places charge restocking fees for returns/exchanges. NOT HERE. They really want to show you can buy from them with confidence. Definitely recommend to anyone who can find one nearby. And if you can't, make the drive to one. It's worth it! Thanks again Mr. Falcone! (Awesome last name, right?!)

Jake helped me get a mattress after my husband had emergency back surgery. He was so helpful and nice, made every accommodation to make sure I got what we needed as fast as possible. I just really appreciated his customer service and bought from Mattress Central specifically because of how nice and honest he was with me.

I went to Mattress Central concerned about the materials used in memory foam. I met Jake in sales and he worked with me to find a mattress with materials that made me feel safe. After doing some research, I discovered that the mattress I was initially looking at had no known hazardous materials but I was happy with the upgrade I decided to take. Jake was able to get me a good deal. No high pressure sales tactics was a big bonus. I told Jake what I was looking for and he helped me to find it. Mattress Central has a wide variety of mattresses. You can spend a little, or you can spend a lot. I went mid range but even the lower priced mattresses appear to be made with safer materials.
