This is the second time I have had a procedure done with Dr. Esmailian. You can see my earlier review for a breast augmentation with implants. Due to an 80 pound weight gain and loss over the years, I completely destroyed his magnificent work. I live in Texas and once again flew to CA for a breast revision with implants and a full tummy tuck. Knowing I would have many additional expenses like flights, hotel accommodations for 2-3 weeks, someone to care for me during that time, etc…all of this in addition to the cost of the surgery itself…I would do it all over again at double the price in a heart beat! Dr. Esmailian is an absolutely incredible surgeon. The precision in his craft of creating the perfect shape of the body is far beyond what anyone would call a “gifted surgeon.” I believe it’s literally what he was born to do. The quality and meticulousness of the incisions, the perfection of my belly button. It’s just Flawless… Don’t wait…if it’s something you have been considering, stop looking, he’s the surgeon for you!

Dr. Esmailian is a phenomenally talented , experienced and  highly trained Plastic Surgeon. If you're reading through countless reviews trying to decide who to trust your body (and by consequence, your overall well-being) with, you've found THE doctor. I am a 41 year old female who takes great care of my body. I eat clean, don't drink and work out regularly. Despite my dedication to self care, I've never been able to sculpt my body in areas where genetics, age and pregnancy have created spots that just would not yield to diet and exercise. I finally decided that if I wanted to get the results I have always been working so hard for, I needed the help of a skilled Plastic Surgeon. But not just any Plastic Surgeon, I needed to find someone who I could trust my whole BEING with. Credentials, expertise, experience, integrity, referrals: ALL mattered in picking the safest and best one. Dr. Esmailian came highly recommended by a few gorgeous girlfriends I know who thankfully didn't hide their secrets. They raved about his abilities and integrity, so I knew I was making the right decision to book a consultation with him. My consult with Dr. Esmailian was the first step in my wonderful experience. His office staff is so friendly and welcoming. Dr. Esmailian was thorough and honest in his evaluation. He listened with care to my concerns, worries and (let's face it) fears about my lipo procedure, recovery and outcomes. Dr. Esmailian took the time to thoughtfully explain my body contours and what would and would not be advisable. I sincerely appreciated his honesty. There are a lot of doctors out there that will prey on your insecurities and/or just say "yes" to whatever you ask for in order to make more money off of you. It became immediately clear to me that Dr. Esmailian is driven not by how much money he can make off of a patient, but what level of perfection he can get for the patient to achieve the best possible outcome. After my consult, I worked with Sam, the Patient Consultant, who was so incredibly patient with me. Being a mom, I felt like there was never a good time to do the procedure (recovery does require downtime) and I wavered quite a bit on scheduling. Never frustrated and always so kind, Sam was always there to advise on recovery timeframes and my schedule. She endured quite a few calls from me asking, "if I booked on X date, but I have this X activity on this date, about where will I be in the healing process? May be I should reschedule the surgery to X date." Thank you Sam! Haha. On surgery day, I was SO nervous, but that quickly faded once I met the office staff and nurses at the surgery center. Everyone was so professional and kind. I was immediately put at ease. My anesthesiologist was highly experienced and before I knew it, it was time to go home. There were no surprises with recovery. Dr. Esmailian had done a great job with the pre-op discussions to explain everything to me. If I ever did have a question or concern, Sam was readily available by phone or email to assist me quickly. I really appreciated the level of post-op care and attention I received. Recovery has gone remarkably well. A lot of that has to do with a surgeon's skill level, and Dr. Esmailian's skill gave me the best possible recovery. The scars are barely noticeable, I've had none of the hardness/lumps that sometimes occur during healing, my bruising is gone, and I really only had about a week of real pain. I am now 4 weeks post-op and my results are honestly better than I expected. I can honestly say that Dr. Esmailian sculpted my body so well, that I feel like I have my 20 year old body back. It's pretty darn awesome to say in your 40's that you feel like you have the body of a 20yr old again. I wasn't expecting that level of awesomeness in my results, but considering Dr. Esmailian's reputation and qualifications, it shouldn't come as a surprise. THANK YOU Dr. Esmailian, your office staff, and the whole crew at the surgery center for making my experience better than I could have hoped for. You all make a wonderful team!

Dr. Esmailian and his staff are the absolute best! I am 2.5 months post-op from a breast augmentation, and I am thrilled with my results! I have always wanted larger breasts, and after breastfeeding 3 babies for more than 4 years combined, I was ready to do something for myself that would help me feel more beautiful and confident.

Thinking about this over the years, I was always nervous about the idea of going through surgery and had concerns about possible complications and also about achieving the look I wanted, but after doing research and seeing all the amazing reviews and photos on Dr. E’s website, I knew I had to schedule a consult. From my first appointment, I understood why his reviews were so positive. He was meticulous in his assessment and explained the process with expertise and confidence which made me feel very comfortable. While doing my research I actually had a consultation with another Dr. who also had great reviews, but when comparing the two experiences, Dr. E was just on another level in every way, and I truly felt confident that he was going to determine the implants that were right for my body shape to give me the results I wanted.

Michelle & Sam were also SO friendly and helpful throughout the process, I felt like we became instant friends and they were totally in my corner, answering my questions, emails, and phone calls and cheering me on. When I had my final appointment, they were right there celebrating my results with me!

When the surgery day came, of course, I was nervous but the team at the surgery center was also top-notch! The assistant got me all set up and was even raving about Dr. E being the best in the business, and that was exactly what I needed to hear to settle my nerves. The same was true for the anesthesiologist, he was very thorough and made me feel safe going into surgery since this was my first time under anesthesia and I had no side effects or nausea after. Just more proof that Dr. E puts so much thought and care into his patients and ensures that he has the best team alongside him.

I really can't say enough good things about him and his team. If you are thinking about plastic surgery, schedule a consult and see for yourself, I promise you won't be disappointed! You want the best in the business, and he is it!

Dr. Esmailian is a most gifted, talented, and brilliant surgeon. I could not have been happier with my experience or results. The repair/correction he performed on my challenging torso, (my entire torso), was far far far beyond my expectation. He made me look not just normal, but really good, and I was particular. He and his staff were incredibly caring and understanding; very aware and most sensitive to my feelings and concerns about what was a lifelong issue for me. The office staff is perfect, and he is my hero. I trusted him without trepidation and would easily do so again. They all get my highest recommendation.

I had silicone breast augmentation (went from a 36A cup to DD’s). Dr. Esmailian and staff are awesome!! I experienced zero pain. Only a little discomfort, which felt like I had done 1000 push-ups, which was explained to me and that is exactly how I felt. I am beyond pleased with my outcome!! The staff is top notch!!

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Esmailian and his team. They listened to my worries and made me feel as comfortable as possible throughout the whole process. Also, I am ecstatic about my results, they could not have done a better job!!! I would recommend him to anybody that’s interested in getting a breast augmentation.

I don’t think I could have had a better experience with my tummy tuck and breast reduction/lift. I’m only 4 weeks in recovery and I already feel like a new person. The entire staff is incredibly friendly and professional. I felt comfortable the entire time. They made sure I was well prepared for surgery. Dr. Esmailian, the nurse and anesthesiologist calmed my nerves before surgery. It was actually a very enjoyable experience and I felt no pain. The only pain was the drains and when those came out, I felt huge relief. I also did experience back pain the first few days as I had to be hunched over to walk. Sleep is a little difficult on my back, but not unbearable. I’ve been impressed with all of the follow up appointments. I highly recommend this office!

Came to add another perfect review, because when I was initially doing research for a cosmetic surgeon, Dr. Esmailian had a perfect five star rating on Google! I am three days post op from surgery, and couldn’t be happier with my results - and I’m also recovering so well! I was pretty disappointed to see someone left a bad review since the last time I checked on here - because Dr. Esmailian provided such excellent care! The SINGLE poor review on here is completely unjustified in my opinion - smoking anything before a surgery could completely botch your results at best, and pose serious health risks at worst. I feel inclined to include this in my review because part of the reason I came to see Dr. Esmailian in the first place was because so many different people had nothing but positive things to say on Google! I understand it’s frustrating to have to possibly wait longer to get your surgery done, but I think the nature of choosing a good doctor means you may have to wait - because there’s a lot of others who want work done too! In my opinion, it’s totally worth the wait. I also think it’s strange to be angry at a doctor for pushing your surgery back, when it’s in a patient’s best interests in the long run! I was paranoid I wasn’t doing enough to prepare my body the best I could before surgery, I can’t imagine blatantly going against pre-op protocol and putting my results in jeopardy. I think any doctor that would proceed with invasive surgeries despite the knowledge of the patient smoking anything beforehand would be irresponsible and reckless. It’s not a personal dig at life choices by any means, it’s just not a smart or safe thing to do before - there are literally pictures online of people who smoked before getting breast augmentations among other procedures, and it is NOT pretty.
Putting that aside, I felt like I was being difficult at times, but Dr.Esmailian and his entire staff treated me kindly, despite how anxious and nervous I got. On top of that, they were very accommodating to my schedule, which changes a lot! I am so happy I went with Dr.Esmailian. I am still early in recovery, but I can already tell things are turning out exactly as I wanted. I can’t thank him and the entire staff enough!

Dr. Esmailian and his staff were so amazing and I felt they were the right choice for me from my first consultation. He addressed my questions and listened to my needs and was always so professional and caring. The day of the surgery he made me feel at ease and I went in there 💯 confident that I was in great hands. Doctor Esmailian is the BEST plastic surgeon! My results have been nothing short of perfection!! My first breast augmentation was 13 years ago!! My breast were perfect I had 450 cc implants. After 13 years gravity took over so I went back to have a breast lift and new implants. During this pandemic. His work was excellent.I am so pleased with my results!! This time I got 650 cc they are beautiful! Doctor Esmailian and his staff are so friendly. They take their time to answer any questions and to make any anxiety go away.

I can't emphasize enough how grateful I am for Dr. Esmailian. I had considered getting a breast reduction for years but was always too nervous. From the first day I stepped in the office to the several post op appointments I've had, the staff in this office is so friendly and welcoming. Dr. Esmailian himself, is extra special. He has a great bedside manner that is both kind and personable and has the warmest, genuine personality. He strikes me as a perfectionist and is hands on for each and every appointment. I expected his staff to check my progress and remove tapes as they seem too simple and time consuming for his expertise, but he has been there each time.... doing all the simple things too. It's very reassuring and I have already recommended him highly to so many of my friends that are looking at similar surgeries. I went to my consultation originally for a breast reduction and lift and decided on a tummy tuck too! Wish I had done it years earlier. It has been an absolute dream experience from start to finish. I Could not be happier with my results and could not ask for a better surgeon.

Dr. E and his entire staff are absolutely amazing!! I have nothing bad to say at all.

Sam was the first person I met and she did such a great job explaining the entire process to my very skeptical hubby and I, giving is all my options, answering all my questions, and just genuinely being a caring individual.

Dr. E is just as caring, incredibly attentive, did an amazing job and making me feel comfortable throughout the entire consult/pre-op, surgical, and post-op process. He took care to listen to the results I wanted and also ensured my implants would be proportionate to the rest of my body. He’s so great!

Brooklyn is another staff in the office and she’s just as amazing. Everyone just makes you feel so valued. It’s an amazing atmosphere.

I am only 3 weeks out from my augmentation and I am so happy. With the massages Dr. E taught me, every day I gain more mobility and I couldn’t be happier.

Dr. Esmailian and his staff are a God send! This office is beyond attentive to your concerns, questions and needs. I had a breast augmentation and I am very pleased with the work done. His work is great and his bed side manner is BEYOND AMAZING. Whatever you may have to get done, you will not be disappointed in the results.
