I dont normally shop here but came in for something. As soon as we walked in the employees couldn't stop saying how cute my little girl is and were so nice. They gave her a purple balloon to match her purple shirt and she was soooo happy it made my heart melt! I must have looked lost which I totally was haha so another employee offered to help & I must say I was surprised because grocery store employees don't normally OFFER to help, I usually have to track someone down. So that was nice that someone was available & aware.

Convenient neighborhood grocery spot. Friendly, clean & well organized. Good staff that gets you through the lines quickly. Good deli department.

Bless the Beautiful Community That Thieves In This Neighborhood! I was Limited Funds, and Separated my Transactions into Two... Things I Really Needed and Items I Wanted. Want and Need Two Totally Different Importance/Significants. Though the Transactions Took Longer Than Normal, I Graciously Apologized To The Line That Quickly Developed Behind me, and When it Became Obvious I was Short the Difference People Humbly Offered to Pay the Difference!!! My Heart was Overwhelmed with the Selflessness of the Community, I Couldn't Dare Accept a Cent From AnyOne, and Quickly Paid My Transactions With What Available Funds I Did Have. But I'll Never Forget The Beautiful Community That Practices, "Paying It Forward" Do a Good Deed, And Hope They Help Others and Think Back To How Someone, Once Helped Them/you.... Every Community Should Learn From This Remarkable Location. And Quickly Adopt The Practices this Greatful Community Practices! ❤‍🔥

Well stocked. Friendly staff. Plenty of Organics brand foods without the high cost. Intimate store so everything is easy to find. Good rewards with the Vons app. Surprised to find no lines on a weekend afternoon.

Excellent customer Service and excellent selection. Prices are very good as well. No complaints! Also manager is very respectful and knows what he’s doing! The bakery manager, Ian Vann is a great employee, and always cooks my bagels for me! Very fresh!

Kudos to Lorenzo especially who helped me to correct my own mistake with not downloading the correct digital coupons I needed. Also, he and a couple of other associates, (I should have gotten their names😥) helped me to find some of the sales items. I really appreciate their help! Thanks Everyone!

I love this little store. Neighborhood feel, kind customer service. Where everyone knows you and treats you like family.
They are very accommodating if they don't normally carry something you would like even with their limited space.

Michelle the manager of the deli is absolutely amazing! She went over and above to make sure I was happy! Michael in the deli her trusted right hand treated me like family. Michale went out of his way to insure I come back to Vons before any other deli. Love you guys

The people here are very friendly and competent. Decent parking, but probably closer to 4.6 stars because of the homeless people wandering about.

Hadn't been in a month or so. Had my groceries delivered. But, when I came in .. New Lighting, Looks Great! Store looks Bright and Cheery like other stores in the chain. Moved out of the area, otherwise I would continue to go to this store!!!

Friendly and polite employees always showing excellent customer service. Good discounts when using the Vons/Safeway club card. All this holds true at least with the night crew. I only go at night.

This store is much improved as of late. It's really clean, they have free sanitizing wipes at the front door for you to wipe down grocery basket handles, and they will bag your groceries using their own bags, for free. If you want to use bags you brought from home, you have to bag your groceries yourself, because of Covid precautions for the staff. The staff all wear masks. Produce is fresh and the store is well stocked. I even saw hand sanitizer for sale in the express checkout line tonight. And it's open until 11 pm, even tonight when it seems every place in town closed early because of the local demonstrations. I was really happy to find some wild bird seed I needed (long story) and they had 20 lb bags on sale tonight for only $8.99!

This is your typical middle class grocery store. It has all the name brands and a few lower priced store brands. Coupons and a store card are needed here to be competitive with the likes of food4less or Aldi's. Always very helpful staff, fully stocked, and clean store. Shopping carts maintained, not many homeless here, and not much in the way of danger to your car while shopping.

Nicely stocked & clean, easy parking and lovely floral section with an array of flowers. The staff was helpful and friendly.

Vons is always a great place to shop, and I'm told it offers better pricing than its main competitor, Ralphs. I also appreciate the wine selection and knowledge of people working in the wine aisle. Believe it or not, the deli sandwiches are also a steal. High quality, with lots of ingredients and flexibility. These sandwiches are a step above subway!

I enjoy going into a Vons and getting there Deli salads they used to have a kale and blueberry and strawberry sunflower seeds it was so good I think it was called kale SuperFood and I would get that and a roasted chicken and that is a fantastic lunch sometimes I would get other things often there would be a salmon fillet under the glass and those are tasty and you can buy the chicken by the breast

Went in to stock up on wine during big sale. Were out of 1 i wanted. Manager offered to order it and give me sale price when it came in. All good!!
