Thank you bakery team you guys have the coolest cakes ! I want to shout out Maya she made my daughters cake for her 9 year birthday! I gave her creative freedom to make it girly and she definitely gave!! Thank you !!!

Yes, it's true. There's a Ralphs gas station on the lot now. Currently with gas at $4.09 vs. about $4.23 for the nearby Arcos. This place is cleaner than your own house. If you're used to the Shell stations for cashing in your rewards, beware that the Ralphs screen is a little different - showing, say, $0.50 instead of your points, say 516. So it's a little jarring - only 50 points? Also the air machine is super accurate. It may show that your tires - perhaps filled with the old fashioned machines - are overinflated

Clean and well organized store. The new gas station is a nice addition to the neighborhood.

This is pointed at prior 1 star review... I was a customer shopping the day this guy was a complete nuisance.

He wasn't hard to miss as he appeared in the store with a couple gigantic bags that looked like his entire life was packed in them. He was kindly asked by a staffer in the front of the store to leave his bags at the front desk. He felt otherwise and decided to argue with this person and the manager that came up to aid the situation. He went right into cursing at the manager and after she asked him to leave the store he took it up notch by telling the entire store to "F-OFF" and giving "F-YOU's" to the staff as he walked the front of the store from one side to the other.

As he got closer to the exit he startled a senior carrying a small black purse into the store. He called her a potential shop lifter and announced to the entire store. The senior woman was a bit shaken and completely caught off guard as she walked into the store to shop. As well, kids underage listening to this crazed guy carry on - how scary it must have been for them. He got so carried away with his rants that even customers were telling him to leave and that the police were being called.

During all this I overheard a staffer telling a customer in line that in the past Juan seems to have a problem with shoplifting. I don't know if this is just another fresh face to homeless camp of people living up off Coyote Creek or if he just appears to look homeless and lives in a mansion. What I can say it sounds like he has history at this store and got called out in the nicest way.

I commend the staff for handling this the best way you could. You don't have security and shoplifting is problem everywhere and must be handful to keep tabs on the same problematic people coming in.

Went here this morning, it was busy but was out fairly quickly. Clean and friendly checkout experience. Recommended.

Found everything fast and made the return in under 30 minutes.

I moved nearby 7 years ago, and come here at least 5x a week! I love this Ralph's! The folks that work here are super friendly, conscientious, caring, professional, knowledgeable, positive! and they do and know their jobs inside and out. Thanks to Troy for making my seafood experiences awesome! Kudos to all, and especially Susie, for always being happy!, Doreen, Roxanne, Cindy, Nappy, Jeff, Chase, Nicole, Valerie, and last but not least Will, who with pride and patience has all the answers. Thank you for all you all do!

The night shift crew last Saturday around 9:30PM were outstanding. While collecting an app order an associate went out of his way while inventorying to help me locate an item, then another asked if I needed help just the next aisle. Nancy and Eric went out of their way at the cashier station to help this geriatric millennial and I really appreciate it. The night guard wished me a good night. Great people at this store.

Ralph's had what I wanted and twas a quick shopping spree and l'll be back again.

I love this store. It's a great community store and I always see people I know here. It has a great layout, well stocked, plus a Starbucks, bakery, floral services and deli on site, plus fresh sushi. I love their cold beverage shelf. Staff are cheerful and helpful. There's usually short lines at checkout due to the 8 self-checkout stations.

I love going to this Ralph's. Self check out is the best for the person who hates small talk and just wants to grab your stuff and get out. I love it. They have a deli. The meat is really good and fresh.

Great store, shop here daily. Staff is always friendly, your greeted at the door, it's always clean and well stocked. Improvements, I'd say... reorder and stock the front cold drink cooler better. It seems to change frequently, which I also don't like. I'd like to see it stocked with more water options, Ph water, choices, more teas, energy drinks, and cold brew coffees.

Thee place is always clean, all the goods organized wonderfully and prices are good. Their coupons and manager's special prices are fantastic..

As far as grocery stores go, this one is pretty darn good. Good selection and variety, but best of all is the "natural" sections on each aisle. So, if you want the better quality products, just head to marked off parts of the shelves. The selection of organic produce is also better than I have seen at most regular grocery stores. And, they have 6 self check outs, which I love.

Love this store. Shop there as often as possible on my way home from work. It was delightful to see that some of the friendly faces from the store that closed on Valley View were sent here. All the Staff is friendly and helpful !

Definitely enjoy shopping for my flowers at Ralphs because the young lady, that handles the flower shop is so delightful. I'm sorry to say I don't know her name but it's a pleasure to see her there. She is always so helpful and kind. Location is Ball and Bloomfield in Cypress

The cashier Jeff is awesome. My 2 yr old really likes him and he's always friendly. I switched to this Ralph's because he moved to this store when the ball and valley view store closed

You can find sushi corner. The sushi chef is kind.. including rice roll all menu looks delicious.. mouthwatering.
Self-checkouts for small items are very convenient.

This store has just about anything you may want or need. The shelves are all ways full, at least when I visit this store. Good job goes out to those folks who work there.
