The employee was great. Great customer service.

Gentleman at the counter was very courteous. Store was very clean. Drinks in the cooler were nice and cold.

Always great service, fast, and great variety of munchies, drinks, and sctatchers

I like this 7-11 a lot . Except it seems like every time I go those darn mr. C's tow trucks park sideways in the parking spots and even hog up the handicapped parking spaces and they have no respect whatsoever for the People needing to park in the handicapped spots. And please don't tell me there on a service call helping a stranded motorist. Because that's not so !!!

If it wasn't for the helpful and friendly service it would be lower. They have about 10 selections for coffee and all the iterations it might come in. Even duplicates. But not a single fresh brewed iced tea option. Fountain drinks were the standard pepsi coke. At least they did have Dr pepper that i got. Would've been awesome if it was diet. Almost walked out empty handed but i was thirsty. They did seem to have a good candy selection and a good variety of chips and crackers etc.. to revisit might be a stretch as I'm beverage driven.

Everything is more expensive here. They don't offer specials like most other 7 11s

Coffee not as hot as it used to be..
Thinking of finding a closer one to my house.

I've been in many 7-Elevens and this is the worst location hands down. They never have have anything in stock. The pizza looked burnt as if you can hit it against a counter and it would sound like a brick. Everything is dusty and nothing seems like it gets cleaned. Last time I came in they had someone in there reviewing the place and she was baffled by how disgusting it was. The customer service is awful too! One worker made me wait until he was done with his paragraph of a text to ring me up. The other worker's BO smells so bad it hits you in the face when you walk in. My sister even gagged when we walked out, that's sad. My son plays for Los Al so, if we need a drink and are running late this is our last resort. It being in Los Alamitos I'd expect more.

Terrible management and ownership, went in at 6am to pick up "Dry" coffee to take home and make as I have done before at this store.. The owner decided to stop carrying the item I wanted in order to force customers to buy the "Made Coffee", then when the clerk/owner was checking me out with the "made coffee" I gave in on, he asked "is there anything else I could get you"- I said yeah get dry coffee back in stock. He threw a fit accused me of "Crying" called me a white piece of s""t and then threw me out of his store, while threatening to call the cops and coming around the counter charging me, getting in my face... This store is the worst...

Just ask for slice of pizza

Pretty nasty they sell expired mini donuts for 1 with the dollar tag covering the expired date pretty dirty move you guys are some real pieces of💩

I spend a lot of money at 7/11 and I got to tell you this store right here that I'm at is the worst the food is nasty horrible very bad like they never ever mock the food if the board of health comes in there and see that they don't have their food mart they should be shut down because my chicken salad was nasty I usually buy chicken salad sandwiches every 7-Eleven is always the same good but this place oh my God it is the worst the pits
