While the name of the store manager escapes me currently, she was extremely knowledgeable and very professional. And she was pleasant and easy to deal with as well. A definite 5 star rating but only because I cant do 6 or 7. The inventory was fairly good and I walked out with what I believe to be a very nice pair of work boots. Kudos to Summit Safety Shoes.

Wonderful Customer Service....Recently purchased some shoes from this place. Sublime customer service from “David Bernard”. Very knowledgeable individual about his product. He told me about the hassle free return policy if need be, and also showed me other shoes as well.But Im hard to convince and was sold on the ones I brought. I told him I might come back for the steel toe 👞...👍🏼They have a great selection on the truck. It was warm, friendly and inviting, nice clean presentation. Wish I could have brought more 😊I’ll be back though...Yes indeed!

I've been buying shoes ever since the company I worked for introduce it to us, their shoes have save my feet countless times. They are expensive but reasonable, and you only get 2 feet, so give them the best! Good customer service, and the manager its always helpful, its worth the drive!! (Takes me 1 hr to get here)

I was recommended to this store by a coworker. I was greeted immediately upon entering, and the sales person, Joyce, was very friendly. I let her know that I work for BNSF Railway and was looking for new boots and she immediately knew that I would most likely be using a company provided voucher.

She asked to see the voucher to make sure everything was all good, and unfortunately, my voucher was dated for 2019, which would be an issue. I had tried to go through another online vendor and had issues, finally settled on this shop because my need for new boots became immediate. She let me know that if I could get a new voucher with a 2020 date, I'd be good to go. Not a problem and not the shop's fault, apparently it's been a paperwork processing issue on my company's part.

I was able to get a new voucher from my company and returned an hour later. Same friendly, immediate greeting. I let Joyce know what I was looking for, which is waterproof, comfortable, and light weight. She was very familiar with my company's list of approved boots for the voucher program.

I mentioned that the colleague who suggested the shop was thrilled with his recently purchased pair of Hytest boots, and would like to try some on. Joyce invited me to try on a pair of their lightest weight most comfortable boots. I was quite impressed with the ones I tried on, and manhandled a few more pairs, but they were all heavier than the ones I had tried on.

Overall, a great experience. The shop had plenty of other options that would have been covered by my voucher, and Joyce easily could have tried to upsell me into more expensive boots that still would have been $0 out of my own pocket, but she listened to what I was after in this pair of boots, and her biggest concern was to get me into the most comfortable pair of boots we could find for my feet.

I will probably be back to this shop the next time I am able to get another boot voucher, and will tell my buddies at work how great my experience here was.

Size 15EEE composite toe workboots for $143.00 per pair... My size is hard to find and you've got them...You've got my business for life!!!!

Redwing wants over $350.00 for same size but never have them in stock, also they dont know how to "fit" you for right size, and YOU DO!!

They are always helpful. They will order in it they don't have your size. Usually only takes a few days to get. I would highly recommend.
