If you are looking for a Real Estate school to become educated in the field, Long Dragon is definitely the place to go to. Michael is an amazing teacher at Long Dragon and goes the extra mile to help his student understand concepts. I know he also spent a lot of extra time to answer questions throughout the week via phone calls and text messages as well. You truly become educated and knowledgeable in the real estate field. He is also very fluent in English and Chinese so that may be helpful to many people.

This company rented me a property, they have fixed absolutely nothing from the initial walkthrough, not returned a single phone call. The AC went out in the house 5 days ago, I have 4 children and it is over 90°s. The lady who answered office showed zero responsibility for anything told me to call back in a couple days and hung up on me. I am gathering my documentation to ensure they let me out of this lease asap or I am going to pursue legal action. Worst property management organization I have dealt with in last 20 years. I would suggest an extend and stay hotel over this group.

Just walked in and met the women boss MRS HO, the apparent owner . She is the BIGGEST F'n condescending biznatch I ever met. I walked in and she pushed me right out. I didn't even get the chance to ask about wanting to purchase houses from their realty group.

I can see that they run some sort of modern day communist team here as right when i entered the building i see her yelling from downstairs to her minions upstairs. Personally I think she must think she is full of wealth so she can treat simpletons like crap....hey lady ever heard of being humble?!

This is the worst Real Estate office to do business with, I will be filing a compliant with the DRE about my recent transaction in Fountain Valley. Do not trust this company. Do not trust anything Jason Chuah tell you.
