Got our new family car here with Jay, Tom and Gregory. Have to say, very pleasant car buying experience. Jay was very patient with us and really listened to what our wants and needs, even working with our options. Overall whole team was kind. We absolutely love our car!

I visited Cerritos Auto Square and the first stop was here at Toyota Auto Nation. We wanted to just look around…. we told the first salesman who approached us, who was Ali but ended loving this car. Initially our mentality was not to buy today as the idea of buying a new car was just brought up this Mother’s Day weekend and wanted to at least take a look at other Makes and Models first but it was “love at first sight”. Ali was polite, down to earth, professional, he listened to our questions or concerns regarding the financing options. My purchase experience at Autonation for a Lexus IS350 F Sport with a V6 engine was excellent. With the assistance of salesman Izzy and finance manager JC, the entire process was seamless and straightforward. Notably, I appreciated the efficiency of the transaction as I was able to drive away with my new car on the same day. Additionally, I benefited from various discounts, enhancing the overall value of my purchase. Overall, it was a positive and satisfying buying experience.

He was able to help us pick out the car that we were looking for for my mom and she left very happy. We were just very grateful that he took the time to be able to assist us. It is currently 12:11 AM. We came in here couple hours before that. It’s already been the next day. It was a great service here.

Just bought a new car for the wifey. Shopped around and other finance companies did not want to comply with what we had to offer. Shelton Webb went up and beyond to make it happen with his financial team, so grateful with the outcome. At the end of the agreement gave us a better APR and monthly payment. Won’t be disappointed trust 🙏

Adam the sales rep is fantastic. He even dropped off the car to my house. The staff was great, no sales pressure. No haggle pricing, they offer extra services, no pressure if you're not interested. Overall I was in and out in a little over 90 minutes.

Nino Morales, a very genuine guy. Met him around 6 pm stayed until 11 pm! He was very patient showing us every possible option and putting in the word to get the best possible price for my first car. He helped my mother and I feel comfortable and supported throughout the whole process. Made the experience the best it can possibly be.

Finally I found a great sales consultant! It's Shelton! A great guy who is a pleasure to talk to! He knows how to work quickly and efficiently, he made the best possible conditions for purchasing a new Camry 2025! Ask for this guy when you get there 😉

Cristian was great he went above and beyond had an amazing experience. process was quick took about 20 min or so and he had me going home in a 2020 Tacoma fully loaded ! I highly recommend if you’re looking for a good affordable car with manageable payments.

I had an appointment at 3pm with Angel to discuss my options since my lease was coming to an end and Angel was so helpful and so nice to us. I come here for my all services as well and I’m always greeted with such kindness and positive attitudes. Aaron was the one to help me with all the paperwork and he was so helpful and patient with us. His office was also such a positive and good environment to be in. He had music playing that just made it feel friendly and not just like it was business. Both Angel and Aaron gave exquisite service. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. They answered all my questions and went above and beyond to make this process easy and stress free.
